I will be adding his 2010 Sugar Bowl game. He played well in that game as I recall.

Thanks. I will be making 3-4 more of his games. NWestern, OSU, Western Mich and Penn State.

I had no idea who he was. After I did his first video, I kinda like him. He plays ST gunner and jammer. Played RCB, LCB, nickel CB and Deep Safety.

Basically all the same spots we had useless Sergio Brown and few other Jags played last season.

Thanks for the video Ninja (subscribed to your channel on youtube too), I am really liking this Bequette kid. Great motor, decent moves and a knack for getting to the passer. Never heard of him before this, the video helped greatly.

Thanks for vids. Tayvon looks like a pretty productive player. Not perfect, but definitely productive and coachable, I'm guessing. Work on the technique.

I've thought about getting in early on watching next years prospects and I've thought about creating cut ups like you do. Can you tell me which software you use, if you don't mind, and how long a cut up takes you.

Ideally, I'd like to have a thread in the draft forum, where by the time the draft rolls around next year, there'll be hundreds of videos and scouting reports. Probably too ambitious but you know.

Unfortuneatly in the videos that I have seen of him, I am not that impressed other than ST's and maybe that is what BB plans to do with him. In his play as CB, he gets beat alot, is late on the play, doesn't turn around to look for the ball, sloppy tackler.....Not impressed. He reminds me of a taller Ellis Hobbs........or most recently like Sergio Brown.....Hope he does well because he has a great story......we shall see....

Hightower and Jones are going to be monsters for us...especially Hightower. Need to look at more tape on Jake B......he looks like he has potential.....good leadership skill like Hightower...thanks again

Agree, in the one game alone I counted 2.5 sacks, 1 FF, and at least 2 more pressures, he also read the option great on one play forcing it to someone else to get eaten up quickly, much like Ninko's play we all liked vs Denver in the playoffs.

His feet never quit moving and he looked to be going all out on every snap. He could be a very nice pickup as a situational pass rusher.

I agree. Except I'd add "somewhat" before "pretty."

It gives me Jamell Fleming envy whose film shows a more disruptive and flashy defender.

But Tavon looks good as a Matthew Slater gunner. That will be his strongest suit.

I use windows movie maker. After I make the video, I convert and compressed them v. Format factory. Then I upload them.


Not sure about next year. I graduate this fall and I'm going active duty. W. the whole DOJ crackdown on filesonic type services online ( I used them to download a lot of these games), I have no other sites I can use to dl college games anymore. Torrents are my last resort but most of the college football sites are private and I don't have an invite.

If I had time during the week or weekend, I would love to do more. Some reason I like making videos. Not sure why lol.

Looking at just the first video of Tavon (note, there is no "Y" in his name) I don't get the "sloppy tackler" / "Lousy "tackler comments. He reminds me of Rodney Harrison in terms of his tackles.. There was only one "miss" in the entire ASU game.. And it still resulted with the receiver going OOB within a yard.

That's a technique issue more than anything.

Also, I didn't see him playing a lot of Man to Man. I saw a lot of Zone coverage.. And he played that well, all things considered.

My draft guide (pro football weekly) quotes a scout as saying Bequette reminds him of Jared Allen. Then he says his arms are short and he would draft him in the 5th. WTF?
