Alright guys it might be a little early for this but I'm amped right now.

Who are some guys who are projected to be UDFA that you'd like the Patriots to sign?

The reason why I ask is because we have no late round picks (as of right now) and I think that the gap between mid to late round picks this year and UDFA isn't too great. We have also seen that Belichick and the Patriots Front Office has shown a skill at grabbing undrafted guys.

Obviously a lot will change while the draft unfolds but what do you guys think?

Sorry if there's already a similar thread on this.

Alvester Alexander, RB, Wyoming

We should be a good destination for some top UDFA's. We seem to keep one or two. Plus, there aren't any picks after Round 2. For now.

nick gentry DT, bama. myron pryor can't stay healthy and gentry ist a very good inside pass rush specialist.

WRs and CBs are extraordinarily deep in this draft class. I could see someone like Jeff Fuller or Donnie Fletcher (both 2nd round projections not that long ago) going undrafted.

Two localish guys:

WR Rich Rossi
QB Patrick Witt (especially if Hoyer gets traded)

Of course I'm not sure exactly who will go undrafted. But here is my list:

OC David Molk, Michigan
OC Mark Spinney, Boston College
C/G David Snow, Texas
NT Josh Chapman, Alabama
DL Malik Jackson, Tennessee
DE/OLB Kortnei Brown, Clemson
FS Rashard Hall, Clemson
FS David Rowe, Rutgers
WR Danny Coale, VaTech
WR Jordan White, Western Michigan
WR TY Hilton, Florida Atlantic
CB Brandon Boykin
CB Leonard Johnson, Iowa St.
DB Antonio Allen, South Carolina

These guys have to be better than Tavon Wilson.

What are the thoughts on this guy? I've seen him listed at safety as well.

i have never seen maze playing safety but i can be wrong. i think his best fit is in the slot and he will be a monster as a returner. very explosive and emotional guy. but he had problems with harmstring injuries.

To get a couple of good undrafted free agents, the Patriots have to be
willing to join the signing frenzy and pony up some substantial bonus
money. Great Blue North publishes a list of the top undrafted players.
Check the Patriots signees against this list. A lots of our UDFAs such
as Gay and Hoyers were on this list.

Tramain Thomas

one of my favorite players in this draft, a guy i believe is being criminally underrated, is Tramain Thomas

...hmmm...apparently i'm not allowed by the forum to link you guys to some good info about him (i'm too new), but youtube the guy

As Bedard just pointed out on Twitter, the Patriots are gonna get a jump on some UDFA guys with these two new 7th rounders.
