in the pro bowl...heard some clip online..cant remember the exact words though

this was when asked that there is a chance the BB may be the coach (hope that is not the case) in the pro bowl...
i hope we win sunday to avoid this IMO :)

just saw on necn...rivers shouting at the top of voice in the middle of the field after the game
"he is the sorriest corner in the league" "he is the sorriest corner in the league"

i feel rivers instigated this more than LT and it kinda snowballed

yup..they showed the transcript of his yelling on NECN tonite "act like you have been here before"

thats kinda childish...

I'm so sick of Tomlinson. He doesn't seem very intelligent or mature. He must be Rivers' role model.

he actually is very smart and mature..but when u lose a playoff game as an MVP..it hurts the brain cells

LT's time to prove his intelligence and maturity has come and gone and I'm afraid he failed.

Well if those two words are what I think they are he might be the first MVP to get benched in a Probowl lol.

If the're not "I'm sorry", I feel bad for him.

Is LT really going around giving several interviews about how deeply offended he is, or is this one interview that keeps getting replayed?

And I still have not figured out why he's so upset with Belichick. Did he think Belichick ordered Hobbs to imitate Merriman or something? The whole thing is strange.

How does a "smart" and "mature" guy say things like, "I'm a very classy person." Or, dump on someone like BB with no direct provocation? His true colors came out under stress.

Quite true.

its the first time hes ever said anything stupid to the media. give him a small break. 1 moment doesnt define a player/person

LT is a humble guy for most part. you can call him stupid/immature but i still respect the man even though he crossed the line with the BB remarks

If he came out today and changed his tune, then fine.... But the one moment is up and he's still in the wrong.... Poor loser.

he said it yesterday and then said it today again

Wow, the more stuff I read and watch, the more amazed I am at this whole story. The Chargers are some serious crybabies. Like a bunch of Kordell Stewarts. LT is a joke. He's on a "Pats are Classless" world promotional tour or something.
I wish someone would start a "LT is a P.O.S. Crybaby" thread.

I think it would be more like a page out of 'I dream of Jeanie' - I bet those 2 words will be "Hello Master" ;)

I've officially had it with Lady Tom. Just saw him going at it again on SportCenter.

Uh, ya wonder why there aren't any other sides to this? Because the Pats are working on an actual football game they have to play next week.

It's like the guy is getting in the last word then a word after that, knowing there won't be word 1 out of the Pats until February (if all goes well.)

Given the Chargers' in-game behavior, and post-game behavior in prior games, I think he's just gone over into the land of super-ultra-jerk. Hey by the way, if it came from the Pats' head coach (supposedly,) maybe this whole circus is Marty's attempt to knock out the Pats by other means.

Just as feasible.

Get stuffed, Lady Tom.

Yeah, I've had enough of this bull**** at this point.

You lost, Ladanian. And where the hell do you get off calling Bill Belicheck "classless"? Because he wouldn't shake mangini's hand?

A. It's none of your business. You don't know what happened behind closed doors, so butt out. Beyond that, when has Belicheck ever been "classless"?

B. Teams celebrate when they win. Imitating a sack dance is NOT particularly out of line. Especially when it's only one player.

C. They thought they wouldn't even have to play the game. This is what it all comes down to, you all realize that right? they thought this was going to be a cakewalk, and now they have hurt feelings so they have to walk away thinking they were "better men" or some dumb BS like that.

The bottom line is you lost. You had the 1 seed, were at home, and your team made bonehead plays all day. Blowing this whole celebration thing up is just sour grapes in a major way. And what the hell does it have to do with BB!? I don't get that. Where is the vitriol coming from? is it the handshake, or did BB do something behind the scenes we don't know about?

This is absurd.

basically he says that mary always tells them to act with class in the lockerroom so he infers bb doesnt say that.
i heard jason david of the colts tonite on espnradio and he was asked about it and he said dungy told them to act like they have been there before after beating the ravens ..i guess thats all where this comes from
BB i dont think tells all these things to his players because he lets the team captains handle the policing...

They should ask Rivers how he would know what it's like to act like you've been there before since he never has :D

Seriously though, i'm not impressed with the gloating but i'm equally unimpressed with the whining coming out of rivers and LT.
