Posting this thread to give our fans the chance to vote on each of the Patriot's selections during this Mock Draft. If you would like to follow along the name of the thread is "2012 Mock Draft Game Player Selections!" Starting now we will have until 8pm tomorrow to submit votes and I or Co-Commissioner bakes781 will tally the votes and post the player with the most votes as the Patriot's selection. This thread is for the 126th selection only and I will post separate threads for the Patriots other selections. Below is how the picks have been made so far for the other teams. Please just post one prospect's full name that you think the Patriots should draft in this thread and we will see who the majority likes. No Trades in this Mock Draft, so don't waste your time suggesting that. I will post an updated list in this thread once all the selections before the Patriots are made. We all know it's a good chance the Patriots will trade during this draft BUT for this exercise we just need you to vote Thanks. I'm posting this a little early to give our fans as much time as possible.

Kheeston Randall DT Texas

Doubling up on DE's wouldn't be a bad thing.

Derek Wolfe - DE - Cincy is still out there. A couple other notables I don't see yet. Brandon Lindsay - pitt. And, Tyrone Crawford -de/olb Boise St. A couple of wr's; Jarius Wright - Arkansas, TY Hilton - FLA INT, AJ Jenkins - Illinois, Davier Posey - O$U, Danny Coale - Va tech. My vote is TY Hilton. Sub 4.4 speed and great returner.

Let's draft another big Polish TE
Andrew SZCZERBA ( try to pronounce this ) TE , Penn State.

Why draft a TE that's not going to make the roster when we can just sign a UDFA to bring to camp to cut instead? This year's TE crop is bad. Normally about 16 TE's get drafted each year.

They could only find 14 decent enough to invite to the combine this year.

I like Jarius Wright here. He played with Mallet at Arkansas and despite the fact that he's not white he could be the eventual replacement for Wes. :p

I can see the value in a Kheeston Randall from Texas at this pick also, I say draft the beast.

I think this exercise shows how flat the talent is in this draft. Not many elite players at the top but I look at the players left and think I wouldn't have minded them a round earlier.

I like Randall, Wolfe, Hill, Crawford, Wright and Hilton all as serious value. I'd rather go DL. I think Wolfe's production is hard to ignore but I think Randall wasn't used correctly at Texas and has a big upside.

Let's draft another big Polish TE
Andrew SZCZERBA ( try to pronounce this ) TE , Penn State.

I go to or watch every PSU game on TV. If you ever saw him play,
you wouldn't touch him with a 10ft pole. Really, not a good football
player. Is he related to you?

As far as this mock goes, there will be no more picks after 126; therefore, seeing that this is the last chance to draft somebody who could poss. provide a pass rush, I vote for:
Tyrone Crawford.

tyrone crawford for me as well.

we can take Jarius Wright off the list now.

I vote for Akiem Hicks. High upside 5-tech without the pressure to put him in early.

just a heads up we're gonna probably moving the deadline up to 6pm at the latest per broadwayjoe's instructions.

as mentioned above this is the final draft pick for the Patriots so make it a good one!
