Granted, Jenkins was a grade A turd before he got booted off his team, but has kept a low profile since. Belichick has shown time and time again the willingness to take a chance on this type of guy if the risk/reward is right.

If teams drafting before #27 elect to take Kirkpatrick and Gilmore instead of Jenkins, would you take him. Talent wise, he'd be our most gifted defensive back since Ty Law.

I'd use my super awesome connections to have Urban Meyer decide for me.

No way. Too many red flags. If he's still there in the 4th, maybe you give him shot, but somebody will draft him in the 2d.

Four kids with three different women..... the rest doesn't bother me much. Eh....

If he is there at the end of the second then yes.

He would be one talented head case. Love his film vs aj green and Julio Jones.

I think he would be worth the risk. BB passes on too many good players because they are not super Boy Scouts (that is probably why he cannot draft WRs). Jenkins is one of the few good CBs in a weak class.

If he is on the board at 31 I would take him. Maybe not at 27 because I think there will be a good player there, but if he is easily the top rated player on the board I wouldn't pass on him.

This guy is Antonio Cromartie Mk. II!

Four kids fathered by three different women along with three arrests.....is he more trouble than he's worth?

He's got talent and, despite his size, is talented in press coverage and has unbelievable instincts in zone. Love hoe he reads off of the QB but sometimes that works against him...you can see him focusing a little too much on the QB in zone sometimes which causes him to lose awareness of what's around him and lose his responsibility.

One thing is for sure; if this guy hadn't had had the off season problems after the 2010 season, he'd have been a Gator in 2011 and would be a sure first top 20 pick in my eyes. Is that enough to take the gamble and add him into what is a very young group of guys?

I'd be happy if our 1-2-3 combo when healthy was McCourty, Arrington and Dowling.

I keep swinging back and forth with this guy but his character issues are just too concerning for me to spend a first rounder on this guy. If he falls to the late second I would take him.

NOOOOOO. You are given every chance in the world as a "student-athlete" (lol) and he still blew it. You need to sincerely not give a feck to get kicked out. If somebody's general thought process / decision making is that poor I want no part of them.

HEY HEY HEY. Now lets be fair. Give credit where credit is due, Travis Henry is THE pioneer of multiple kids with multiple women.

WTF. Has the concept of Birth Control not reached the football world? I hope (unlike Cromartie) he can least remember the names of his kids.

Absolutely. In the right situation I'd absolutely draft him. On the field he's one of the best players in the draft. I don't think the right situation arises though. Corner isn't in the top 3 of needs, and the corner market is so very deep this year.

There is one coach and one team with a need at CB that makes sense for Janoris Jenkins, and that is Marvin Lewis and the Cincinnati Bengals.

If he slips to our pick in the 2nd....then maybe.

Yep, I would take him at 47. Round 2 draft picks are 50/50 at best, he is talented and you can never have enough cornerbacks.

Teams will target him in the 2nd. Bengals never seem to have a problem selecting problematic players... but I don't think they'll draft a corner. Maybe Dallas takes him. I highly doubt he's on Bill's radar. If he somehow drops to the 4th that would amaze me.
