Worth a look surely????

Strange, I recall him being somewhat decent.

Can he cover?

And yet in this off-season of 99% stupidity they managed to do one thing right and get my FA binkie.

Who was your FA binkie??

EDIT: Must be Richard Marshall.. Yeah, I was hoping the Pats would look at him too..

Miami actually has a pretty solid defense. They just don't have an offense.. Though I have a feeling that Tebow will end up there to the tune of 2 - 3rd round draft choices.

Low risk high reward.

Can he cover?

doesnt look like it

Dolphins released SS Yeremiah Bell.

Bell was a Dolphins starter for the past six years. Though still an effective run-stopping "box" safety, Bell's cover skills have diminished at age 34. His release clears $4.3 million in salary off the books, and saves over $4 million under the cap. Bell may get a look in Atlanta from former defensive coordinator Mike Nolan, perhaps as competition for William Moore. The Dolphins could consider playing Richard Marshall at free safety and Reshad Jones at strong safety, although this is a position they'll almost certainly address in April's draft.

Need to jump all over him as simply a guy who you can put in the secondary who, at least, knows what he's supposed to be doing and how to make a tackle

Draft a true free safety too and that's the whole position sorted

What the hell are the Dolphins doing?

Sucking for Barkley.

It would be funny if they started winning games late in the season that take them out of the race. Kinda like what happened to them with the Luck sweepstakes.

34 Years old and was a CAP casualty. Over 100 tackles each of the last four seasons. Not the greatest in coverage but better than we have had recently. Cheaper than Landry and durable.
I don't know. Can't see us going into the Draft with only two Safeties.

Best Safety in the Draft could be......Zak Brown. If you wanted Landry, this is a better option. 6'1" 232LBS. was hand timed at 4.29 40. 60 meter record holder at UNC. Coverage is his top skill. All over the field. Can rush, can tackle Covers best.Must better athlete than Barron.
There is your Safety. Check out his info and tell me I am wrong.

My neighbor (the dolphins fan) is freaking out about Bell being let go. Seriously, only jests fans deserve to go through this much crap.

He said Bell is the best DB on Miami and a big reason why the D was so good. Belichik will grab him instantly and that seriously would be huge the Pats.
