Filed to ESPN: Eagles gave DeSean Jackson a five-year, $51-million deal.
 
4 Yrs $48.5M per Lacanfora

Looks like Welker should get 4 yrs $40M
 
I predict a fall off in production in 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1.

Assuming you look at it from the relevant perspective (who would you rather have on your team), Welker is easily preferable to Jackson.

Desean is a one trick pony, but it's a damn good trick. If the Eagles get it all together, they will be a dangerous team
