Disagree on the following:
Minnisota - I think they try and trade down. I think they'd rather add an OT to help protect Ponder than add a CB. They could also look at a DT to help out Allen

TB- They have Legarrette Blount. I don't see them adding Richardson. More likely to look at Claiborne (via trade up) or Kirkpatrick (via trade down).

Redskins - They have a lot of money invested in Trent Williams and in Jammal Brown. Not sure I see them adding another OT. WR and ILB are more likely areas. DE could be a possibility unless they bring back Carriker.

Jacksonville - I think they are more likely to try and upgrade at OT than take a WR since WR is deep in this draft. It wouldn't surprise me if they moved up to try and take a CB like Claiborne.

Chiefs - This is Scott Pioli we are talking about. Bowe is going to be franchised. They will pick a corner to replace Brandon Carr, a D-lineman to replace Kelly Gregg, or an OT so they can bump Brandon Albert inside to guard where he'll be better off.

Cowboys - They could look at an OLB to replace Spencer if Spencer walks. Spencer would look good opposite Ninkovich or Anderson, imho.

Cinncinnati - With Leon Hall, Adam Jones, Nate Clements, Kelly Jennings and Brandon Ghee already there, I don't see the Bengals looking at a CB. WR is a more likely spot as is Safety.

Tennessee - They are more likely to be looking at CB with Finnegan leaving or Safety with Michel Griffin also a UFA. LB is not out of the realm of possiblity either. Nor is RB or WR.

Browns - They need to protect that new QB. Particularly on the right side. They could use a CB and LB help as well. They may stick with McCoy for another year and focus on protecting him instead of going with RG3.. But it's the Browns, so who knows.

Steelers - Still is a DE in a 3-4 system. He's not a NT. He doesn't have the sand in the pants for that. If you are looking for a NT to replace Hampton then you're waiting until the 2nd round unless the Jets don't take Poe.

Jets - I know that Tannenbaum is stupid, but I don't think he's so stupid to reach so much for Poe. He's got needs at Safety, WR, RT, and C.

Broncos - If they need run support inside, then they are looking at DTs, not an MLB. Brown is more of a coverage LB than a run-stuffing LB. Don't see the fit there.

Ravens - The Ravens need a center more than a Guard. In fact, Center is the one area hurting them the most. I can see Konc going here.

Giants - The Giants need help at LB more than RB. They also need help on the O-line. The Giants tend to look later in the draft for RB.. (Ahmad Bradshaw, Ryan Grant, etc) .

Can someone please tell me why the F everyone has the Redskins drafting a Tackle that high? Did everyone forget they drafted Trent Williams recently? Also, they are dying for a good CB and you know Shanahan would love to have another Bailey quality CB. I can't see them passing up Claiborne if he is on the board when they pick.

I could see them doing that as well..

I can't seep as them trading up with the Vikings. Skins get RGIII, Vikes get Reiff. Match made in heaven as I see it. And if they don't trade up, Tannehill will be the pick at 6 (or following trade down).

Center? ?

Based on the draft report description, Jones doesn't sound like a fit for us.
The notes about not understanding the defense don't make him sound like what the Pats run:
"Needs to gain a better awareness for the coverage he is facing…Too often he fails to recognize zone coverage and misses an opportunity for an easy pitch and catch."

Steelers - Still is a DE in a 3-4 system. He's not a NT. He doesn't have the sand in the pants for that. If you are looking for a NT to replace Hampton then you're waiting until the 2nd round unless the Jets don't take Poe.

Absulutely agree 100% with this. With Hampton wearing down and Hoke retired, the Steelers do need a NT, but Still is not the guy.

I think Pittsburgh is in love with Cordy Glenn because they think he can excel as a smasher at OG and slip out to OT in case of injury.

However in the second round they would have a choice of true NTs Ta'amu or Chapman. (realizing Chapman is coming off ACL surgery)

As for Poe, I think Houston is praying this kid falls to them. They view him as the NT their defense currently lacks.

Finally according to Jets fans, their team is locked in on Barron in the first round. I just hope that we don't have to put all the Jets fans on suicide watch, because eventualy they are going to figure out that Barron only runs a 4.55 at best when he is fully healthy.

McShay and Kiper had a podcast today. McShay claims Iloka and Markelle Martin are two of the worse tacklers he's ever seen. Both had good reports on Harrison Smith from ND. Wonder if he's our guy. A safety who can play the ball and tackle is what we need. I might be the world's biggest ND hater. But, if he can play. I'll take him. I liked Justin Tuck when he was coming out. Oh, what could have been. Mel likes Curry more than McShay. McShay likes Chandler Jones more than most.

Tony Pauline (SI.com) says most teams have Iloka as the top free safety in the draft. Not too big a shocker as this discounts Barron and Smith. Says he's expected to go second round. Markelle Martin does seem to be falling. Consensus third rounder as of now.

Chandler Jones will probably have a monster combine. I think his stock will depend on how Andre Branch, Vinny Curry and Cam Johnson do as well as how good he looks in OLB drills.

Pretty nice mock in my opinion. I'm 100% on board with Vinny Curry at the end of the first round. Cox may be the BPA for our system at 31, but I don't think the need is strong enough this year. I expect a trade back into the 2nd round with one of our first rounders.

My hope is come away from the first two rounds with Curry, a WR ( preferably Sanu or Joe Adams) and a starting caliber DB. My binky right now is Leondard Johnson Leonard Johnson vs Oklahoma State 2011 - YouTube. With the ability to move McCourty to Safety, I'd prefer to draft a CB with solid coverage skills rather than reach for a Safety. Iloka may be a nice player, but I think he might be a little over-rated in this draft class.

I'm hoping they snag Reuben Randall with their last first round or 1st second round pick.

Center? ?

Sorry, got my Nick's mixed up.. It's Hardwick from the Chargers that's a UFA. Not Mangold from the Jets.

I think there is zero chance the Patriots make two first round picks, and there's a significant chance they make none. One is either getting traded back to the second round, and/or heading to another team as RFA compensation.

I wouldn't say zero chance but 10% is probably accurate. If they were high on say Brockers and Cox and were able to select both I don't think Bill would pass on them just to trade back. Obviously it would have to be the perfect storm.

But more than likely you're correct. Who do you see having enough value that they would give up a first and hand a big check to?

I don't see Wallace happening like some do. I think after Moss they want a deep threat to be a route runner as well.

Adrian Foster I don't see. They have a young group of backs.

Lardarius Webb is interesting. He's definitely a very good corner but is he elite and worth a first plus big money? Can't say I see it.

I think that's about it for first round compensation that I can see. Maybe a guy gets franchised and they trade a first and something but that seems very unlikely.
