The two best teams are going at it in Super Bowl XLI in San Diego. The winner of this game wins it all. The teams that are left are just not Super Bowl champion worthy. The Colts and Ravens were just horrible. The NFC has no chance against the Pats or Bolts.

Jeez. Why even show up next week?

KC was supposed to be the worst matchup possible.

Then Baltimore was supposed to knock the Colts around.

...........

Go Patriots. Hopefully we see you next week. Or does that game not matter?

Well, you still have to show up and take care of business but there's no doubt the two best teams in the league are going at it in San Diego tomorrow. The superbowl will be anti-climatic.

KC has been a mediocre team all year.

Baltimore's defense did knock the Colts around but their offense is so incompetent it didn't matter. No one has ever accused the Ravens of having a good offense.

Hi Homer nice to meet you.

Re: Tomorrow game is the real Superbowl

I dont know, to be honest IF, IF IF we win tommorow, I dont know who I would have wanted to go to. Baltimore seemed good before today and I think if Peyton continues to lay eggs I'd like to face the Colts. But after seeing how crappy the Ravens played, especially the offense, I'd have wanted to play them. But then again, Brady is good in domes ;)

The Colts defense is starting to play really good and forcing turnovers. The Colts RB's have exceeded expectations in my book this year. But if we somehow make it to the RCA Dome next week, it'd be so ironic for Peyton to throw 4 INT's this time around :D

The Colts beat the Patriots already.. in Foxboro. That doesn't count either?

colts should be second favorites after the chargers IMO

Did you listen to your own God Peyton after the game? He said, "The Patriots are a different team in the playoffs." If you need proof of this try looking under your nose. No, regular season does NOT count in the playoffs. The only thing that matters is if you win.

Didnt say it wasn't. But the poster is a total homer.

May I remind you that some homer just posted this?

Yeah, it's a wonder what facing two completely inept offenses back to back can do for a team.

Bunch of crap ... Colt's are no pushover ... they proved that today.

The point is the Colts are not as good or as balanced of a team as the Pats and Chargers. You still need to play hard to beat them, but the Pats or Chargers will go on to win the Superbowl.

Ya holding Larry Johnson to under 40 yards was no big deal at all. Wasn't it LJ in that same offense this year that was a monster? Na, must have been someone else on the Chiefs.

Meanwhile, Trent Green was leaking oil all over the field. When the passing game is no threat whatsoever it's actually fairly easy to stop the run regardless if it's Larry Johnson, Walter Payton or ************ toting the rock. What, we're supposed to be in awe of Indy beating the Chiefs in their little cocoon?

So did the Jets the following week. So no, it doesn't really count at this moment.

The Chiefs backed their way into the playoffs. They were not a good team. It's not an accomplishment to beat the Chiefs.

The Colts have kicked Pats butt two straight times, and the game will be in Indy. If (if if if) they beat the Chargers, it is no automatic Superbowl win. The Colts really scare me, and they are playing with plenty of momentum, and they have no reason to be scared of the Patriots.

Plus, I don't think I'll live to see it. All the incessant Vinatieri talk will cause me to keel over and die. It'll be 100X worse than the Mangini-Belichick "will they or won't they touch hands" discussion.
