Ever since 2006 we pats fans have been through soo much

2005 the mile high playoff loss
2006 the colt collapse
2007 the superbowl
2008 the loss of brady
2009 the raven massacre
2010 the defense couldn't stop a nosebleed
AND now this superbowl

I don't know how much more this we can take only to start it again next season.

you guys have 3 rings

you wouldn't know heartbreak if it smacked you in your face

I'm guessing there's fans of 26 other teams that'd trade places with all the heartbreak we've had since 2005.

If we're not up 21 with two minutes left I will always be nervous. It's just ridiculous...

As someone who isn't a Pats fan, jcdavey, let me ask you this: would you have traded this Patriots season for the Chargers' season, even knowing it would end exactly the same way?

Careful with threads like this. This sounds like a thread that would be on a message board of a certain team that plays baseball in the Bronx.

If we are going to cry about the Pats' heartbreak over the last six or seven years, apparently Pats fans can take a lot less than most NFL fans in the league.

Yeah but think about it, soon we all will be invincible.

So many tough loses and missed opportunities. Only a few more before losses don't even faze us.

It sucks but this is ridiculous. I dont feel heartbroken at all.

in a heartbeat, you made it to the mother ******* sb! lol

you were literally a ball hitting a cb in the back away from the greatest sb endings ever

Hmm... I'm going to go with "not as much as jets fans"?

Get out now while you still can! Become a fan of the Browns or Rams or somebody ...

I blame GIsele Bundchen for this super bowl loss. SHe has made Brady weak. We should somehow end their marriage. Ever since Gisele came, she made him into a metrosexual phaggot and he hangs out with a bunch of snobs that attend Victoria Secret Model parties. ITS ALL GISELS FAULT

you can always just think, "it could be worse, i could be jcdavey, the clippers, padres, chargers fan" lol

let's reign it in a little.

if heartbreak means getting beat in the superbowl I can take an assload more of it.
I'd prefer to win, but I 'm a lot happier right now than some of those other years.

wait 'til the day they can't win their division and see if you miss the 'heartbreak'

Name one other franchise or fanbase that has been threw what we and the pats have.

Listen to Ray Lewis' speech. It would definitely help.

Please take a long walk off a short pier

are you asking what team has consistently disappointed by not winning the superbowl every year?
I guess it's true that there aren't many teams that are expected to be in the superbowl every year, but that's not the curse you're making it out to be.
