You know. Ive always been his biggest fan like anyone else. And I know that Welker dropped a game winning catch. But in fairness that was a terrible throw.

Brady lost the game when he spotted the Giants 9 points on his first throw of the game, and 3 more with ANOTHER ill advise throw.

Not saying he played terribly but seriously lets take off our homer eyes and can anyone here find another player who did more to hurt the team than him?

Forget the fumbles that didnt go our way its a moot point. It doesnt change what Brady DIDNT do.

I'm as pissed about the game as you, matter of fact, probably more so...one thing I CAN tell you, is that that throw to Welker was perfect. He threw it to his back shoulder because of the safety help over the top. He goes the other way, and it's a pick.

It's been awhile since he's been clutch. The tempo of the second to last drive was pathetic, and was asking to lose, instead of going out to win it. No matter how much tim eyou give the Giants, a TD means 2 scores. They played not too lose, which 9 times out of 10 is what happens.

They deserve the result, pathetic offense after the first drive in the second half, and Brady simply can't lead a team in the clutch.

Manning on the other hand is the new Clutch QB of the league.

Elisha has 3 wideouts who can beat you deep (and do) -- Brady has none.

It made all the difference in the world.

Brady put that ball where only Welker could catch it. I can't blame Brady on that.

Brady's mental error in the beginning was horrendous though. And his throw to Gronk deep was underthrown. Had he thrown it farther, that might have been a TD or at least prevent Blackburn from making an INT.

The defense could have stopped the Giants on their final drive. Win as a team lose as a team.

So it's Tom Brady's fault the Giants managed to keep 3! fumbles, or his receivers forgot how to catch the ball when it mattered?

Anyone who blames Brady is a moron.

We had Randy Moss in 07, what's the next excuse we will use when we come up short again?

That throw to Welker wasn't perfect because it turned Welker around. That ball was HIGH and didn't hit Welker in stride. That being said, Welker still should have held on to it since he did get BOTH hands on it.

But don't forget about Deion and Hernandez. They both had key drops and Brady DID hit them in stride.

Agree! Tommy lost the game!

I agree. I have posted that I am so ready to see this era end. This Tom Brady is too erudite, too civilized. The hunger is gone. The cool customer of '01 to '05 has been replaced by a non clutch, often skittish version of his former self. Every season ends the same. He is done with the Championship era of his career....and the fault lies with him. He just resembles the former Tom Brady too much for us all to see it.

The throw was a bit off but Welker is supposed to make that catch. If he makes it the game is over. To think we were that close.. I wanna throw up.

Its just a game guys. Its now time for me to spend the entire off season Jet setting with my Supermodel wife. Oh wait, never mind I have to get up for work in the morning....................

Plenty of blame to go around. Brady was not perfect but if Welker catches that pass the game is over. Not the easiest catch in the world but he should have caught it. D kept the Giants out of the endzone but the issue is that they kept giving up FGs which allowed the Giants to chip away at the lead.

Brady didn't make the plays that they needed him to. He simply choked. Better luck next year.

No single player lost this game, it was a team effort. There were some flashes of good football but overall we had no area of the game that was played well.

People are going to put blame all over the place and lord knows there's plenty to go around.

All I know is there was a time when the receiver caught the ball, the defense made plays and Brady came through in the end. It was a COLLECTIVE effort.

Those days are apparently over.

Take a step back people, and realize that he's been under center in 5 super bowls in the last 10 years.

There are teams that haven't even been in 5 playoff games over that span.

Brady did nothing against the ravens and now the giants.
Face it; its not the old Brady we are seeing.
Defense did their job!
