Just heard it on ESPN 2. He almost missed the media session. Was almost fined 20,000 just like Osi....

So that's Light, Vollmer, and Branch w/ the flu.

......................crap

Pats have to breath on the giants players ASAP

Better get this in the beginning/middle of the week than Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

You don't get fined if you're sick.

That said, WTF...Polian must have planted his flu cooties in the home team locker room for revenge. Good thing there's still 4 more days to get past it.

Might not be that bad since he practiced today (per KFFL).

Throw 50+ guys together during flu season some guys are gonna get it, hopefully it doesnt spread and none of the important players get it sat night/sunday.

The same thing happened to the Giants in '07

didn't matter :(

I was gonna say thatvit seems like every year during the SB week people are getting sick with flu like symptoms. Weird.

I'm pretty sure if Polian had any unused flu spores they went right into irsey's office

Now, would Goodell take away a Giants first round pick for biological warfare?

 :bricks:

Biological warfare.

This is low man, this is real low.

The flu will leave you wiped out (even with good care). Starting tomorrow all flu symptoms will probably start having in game effects (be better to have it early start showing sunday if it has to)

But, let's hope it ends

Good point. I remember there being a story of a few Giants vomiting on the plane on the way to AZ, and then the bug making the way around their locker room.

Matt Light looked ok when I saw him on ESPN at whatever point that was today (it all sort of runs together since it is the same thing over and over). If they are getting it now they should be feeling fine by Sunday. The main worry is if someone comes down with it Saturday.

Time for Pats "inactives" to Do The Right Thing and shower up with Giants starters.

This is why Belichick didn't take the scarf.

Everybody needs to relax, at this rate there is a new thread being started everytime someone sniffles. The game is in a few days, just let it ride, whatever is gonna happen, is gonna happen regardless of whether a couple guys have the flu. Just let it rideeee and stop worrying so much. I promise the sun will rise next monday regardless of what happens.

Like I CARE if the sun rises if Eli is SB MVP?
I hope the sun goes supernova at 10PM EST if that happens.

"Those scarves are verrrry special. Make sure they go to the Patriots."

Actually, if Hoodie McGenius had foreseen this transparent Amherst-like ploy, he would have ordered all of the Pats to refuse the scarves, right?
