That's not good at all.
Stomach flu means he will be weak as hell from not being able to eat, hydrate and train properly.
The stomach bug is definitely going around - has knocked out 3 of 4 in my family. I had it was pretty bad for about 48 hours. Seems to be all over my son's school. Do not want to see the team coming down with it.

Perhaps it's because the flu shot is basically useless, particularly for those who are not very young or very old, and can have problematic side effects.
