Here is a player who hasn't gotten much attention.
One of our best Special teams may make a key play in this game.
Maybe this will be the week he forces a big turnover on a return.

I hope that whatever plays he makes are on ST and not on an ill-advised deep ball down the middle of the field where he is double-covered after a crucial interception by one of our players.

I think you misread the title.

Andy's talking about Tracy White, Patsboy

Hopefully he doesn't give up a game winning TD with under a minute left like he did last time.

We have enough healthy LBs now that he won't see the field on defense. He is still the most valuable player we will have with those 2 digits on his jersey:D

Yes he and Slater.. not to leave out Sergio Brown. All are very, very good special teamers. But I don't want to see any of them in regular defense.. Maybe White or Brown in prevent if we end up with a big lead. :D

Please. keep White, Slater and especially Sergio ONLY on Special teams.

We cannot afford any of these 3 to play in the Secondary in the Super Bowl...

Uh.....that's Tracy White he's talking about :snob:

everyone is going to step up and play the game of their lives. Sterling Moore is a baller in the secondary. reminds me of a young ty law. But we do need every single person to step up and play their part including tracey white

A quiet story all year is that the ST coverage teams have been excellent. The Patriots are 9th best in the league in average punt length, but #3 in the league in NET length after returns. Also 6th best in average KO return length.

All great aspects of this yr's team..

The ability to gain turnovers, without giving the ball away ourselves.

Great ST's, and limiting the opposition's field position.

Keeping penalties low, not making mistakes that will give the other team momentum (for the most part, with the exception being the last NYG game).

All of these are very important traits of a winning team, and they seem to be traits of winners. It's a shame the media is just too dumb to see these "more important" numbers which often lead to success.

Andy--as far as Tracy Woods goes, yes..he's certainly been a fine ST guy here.

Let's hope that this SB's "#58" can attone for last SB's "#58" who had the damn recovered fumble right in his hands inside the NYG 25 yd line, yet somehow gave it back up!

On every kickoff #58 is always around the ball carrier..

Great ST presence, as well as Slater. Great attributes to have on this team of overachievers and guys who have stepped up when called upon.
