Anyone know when the Pats depart for Indy?

It may have been posted before, I haven't seen it anywhere, just wondering if someone has come across a date/time when they leave for this god-forsaken ****hole city.

They leave Gillette Sunday at noon. There's a rally at 10:30, I believe, in the stadium where they will show a large screen replay of the Ravens game. No admission, free parking and no tail-gating. Free coffee and hot chocolate.

I'd love to know when they arrive here so I can go meet them at the airport!

If anyone has any info please post here.

No.

The rally is at NOON inside the stadium.

The gates open at 10:15am and the Jumbotrons will show a replay of the AFCCG starting at 10:30am.

Tailgating is not allowed.

Free parking.

I have heard from local sources they are set to arrive at 5:15. At least one of the local TV stations will cover it. Several of us from work are planning on being there - so join us!

Re: Anyone know when the Pats depart for Indy?

If I were you, I'd go about finding this out in one of these ways.

I'm sure the local stations will be covering what has to be a big media event for Indy on a Sunday, so you could try calling around and see what they tell you.

You could try calling the Pats offices and see if they'd tell you, but they're probably not saying much of anything. "Super Bowl? Indianapolis? Let me check. [pause] Yeah, we're playing. The game's on February fifth. Thanks for calling."

If I really wanted to be there when they arrive, I'd go out to the airport an hour or so before I think their plane would arrive if it left Providence one hour after the Pats departed Gillette at noon (I'm sure you can find flight times for scheduled airlines from Providence or Boston to Indianapolis). They'd probably come in at General Aviation, but you'd really just have to look for wherever there are a lot of satellite TV vans and big buses lined up or maybe a friendly police officer would tell you. Have fun!

Between the times posted for the sendoff and the following info, that should help narrow it down for you.

Patriots Sunday arrival schedule - New England Patriots Blog - ESPN Boston

After the Patriots hold their send-off rally at Gillette Stadium (noon) on Sunday, the team will depart for Indianapolis.

Shortly upon the team's arrival at the University Place Conference Center & Hotel, the Patriots' hotel for the week, head coach Bill Belichick will address reporters at 6 p.m.

At 6:20 p.m., reporters will have access to six Patriots players: quarterback Tom Brady, wide receiver Wes Welker, guards Brian Waters and Logan Mankins, cornerback Devin McCourty, and special teams captain Matthew Slater.
