TO is broke and friendless?!? Wow, I never thought that I had anything in common with that guy, now I see that I got two things in common with him.

I don't disagree but it's also criminal that he's paying $45K a MONTH for child support.

If he's living the high life what shouldn't his Kid?

I probably shouldn't have said anything, it will move from anything football related. I'll just stand behind what I said (and no, I am not divorced and pay no child support).

There is something wrong with Terrell Owens. Possibly a personality disorder of some sort.

if you need a friend, all you have to do is ask me, Rob....

Yeah, 45K a month is just utterly ridiculous. 45K a YEAR could even be viewed as excessive.

I feel bad for him because it seems he has some severe mental issues and apparently no one has helped/forced him to deal with it. Throw all the money and fame out the window and look at the person. He's obviously had problems his whole life and being 38, having had fame, and now without friends, money, or a job, it's got to be as tough a time as ever for him. Fame and money don't solve your problems, in fact, they can often make them worse.

It's really hard to feel sorry for anyone who squandered that much, not only because they had it to begin with but because it is obvious that no matter how much they had they would have blown that much, an extra 20 million simply would have postponed the inevitable for a few more months.

For four kids? Daaaaaaamn.

Regardless, the $45k for the four kids was in line with what the guy was worth. Here's an idea: don't throw L'il TO in random chicks and expect no fallout.

Everyone has a personality disorder of some sort....

Well, everyone's got personality quirks, but I was thinking more like narcissistic personality disorder. He really fits the bill.

I'd love to see a more in depth article on how he ended up broke. It'd be real interesting to see how much money he netted after taxes, how much he paid out in child support, and how he invested the rest. It seems hard to fathom that he thought it was wise to put almost all his money into risky business ventures and properties.

he's THE classic poster boy for Narcissistic Personality Disorder

This. That's what makes the vitriol directed towards him from sports fans sad to me.

People are happy he's failed when all he's ever done is clearly have personality issues.

Meanwhile Joe Paterno enables a child rapist for a decade and is immortalized.

Terrell Owens In GQ: I'm In Hell | ThePostGame

I read this articile either last night or the night before. I have never been a TO fan, but making $80 mil and being close to broke, I do feel a little sorry for the guy.
How can you feel sorry for a guy who says this about his kids:

"If there's anything I'm sorry about, it's getting involved with all that." He never actually dated any of the women, he says. One was a one-night stand, the others "repeat offenders." Owens, who has never been married, concedes he is "not a very good judge of character." Still, he "never suspected they were the types to do what they done in the past year."

There are many people in this world who value their children more than their money.

Yes, and what makes me pity him is that you just don't cure a personality disorder. I'm not sure it could ever be fixed. He may have made 80 million at one point but he has a life no one should envy for any reason.

He made $80,000,000. His children deserve to be supported at the lifestyle they would have been if he was a good parent.
