Man I dislike Suggs for some of the crap he said in the past, but he is, IMO, owning Bayless today. Anyone else seeing this? Hoping to find a clip later.

Not really, they've had better debates.

Well, maybe that's their schtick and I'm just new to it since I haven't watched the show before. I thought Bayless tried to fabricate controversy and Suggs was calling him out on it at every turn.

Good i can't stand Bayless, and even though i dislike Thuggs that was an Ugly way to lose a game.

I always wondered how bayless had a job. He is worthless..

One interesting thing Suggs did have to say was that there was confusion on the Baltimore sideline, that the team wasn't sure what down it was.

Seriously, how does that happen?

It happens when you have players as dumb as Terrell Suggs.

Each team has decisions to make about what it pays attention to, and each team has a limited "attention" budget to spend. The Pats are militant about staying focused on situational football. Other teams spend some of their attention budget on arguing with refs, woofin' with players, beating their chest, etc. When you do that, you can lose track of what down it is.

Greetings,
Both Suggs and Bayless are douchedbags if you ask me, they both like the sound of their own voices even when they sprout nothing but nonsense.

Did you listen to the clip? The whole point of it was that there was confusion about whether Boldin got a 1st down on the play where he fumbled out of bounds. They didn't "lose track."

I can't stand Suggs, but that was awesome haha. Skip was so flustered after he said that

First Suggs vs Uggs, now it's Terrell vs Dumbbell

This is terrific. Suggs going toe-to-toe with Skip Bayless is like working on the speed bag in the gym.

Being Skip Bayless is Mike Felger's wet dream.

Bayless has made a career of being an obnoxious contrarian after doing some excellent reporting on the corrupt Dallas Cowboy franchise. Once the Cowboys became irrelevant (1-7 in the playoffs since 1996), he bolted for Bristol, Connecticut to make a name and earn a little money with ESPN.

One playoff win in 16 years. One! Bayless recognized that he is obnoxious and that he would evaporate into obscurity as a football reporter in Dallas because, after all, the Dallas Cowboys are just another speed bump on the schedule for teams like the Patriots.

This is priceless...

Do some of you professors here realize that Bayless is more ESPN acting then it is right from his own personal opinions?

ESPN is about as real as watching those TRU TV reality shows

He is paid to disagree, entertain and is trained in providing an interesting dispute every time the show is aired.

I find it funny to believe that most of you think this show is real and right from the mouth than produced from a director of the talk show.

Next thing you guys will tell me is that the WWE is real

ESPN First Take is so staged that only an idiot believes it's even close to being real.

Most of us understand what the show is.

It was still funny.

Greetings,
Just like Sportsnation, Around The Horn, and Pardon the Interruption. Those shows are nothing but entertainment and not to be taken seriously. Emotional arguing is all that goes on and facts are rarely thrown out there.

I just heard the clip on WEEI. It was priceless. My respect for Suggs just went up a couple notches.
