Primetime was crying out for Chad to get a ball and he hasn't gotten one this post season, so my question is does he get a catch in the SB?

Hopefully he pulls a Favre and plays one of his biggest career performance the game after his father passed away!!

If Edelman and Underwood are truly above him on the depth chart, there's no reason for him to be active.

No more deep shots to Matthew Slater though please...

If he's active, he won't be on the field for more than 5 or 6 snaps.
This is yet another failed BB experiment; adios, Ocho Cinco.
He's been a players' player for a good long while, but I think he's done.

I thought you were talking about Chad Jackson for some reason.

I'll say his stat line for SB 46 will be 8-156-2.

Viva La Ochoooooooooooo

No, but he will get his ring (his first ring).

We need to re-phrase the question: WILL HE SUIT UP???

Considering he already has two balls...I don't expect any in 2 weeks.

Nobody here can pretend to know what BB will do with his players in any given game. I definitely think that he COULD be used heavily if the Giants present an opportunity for that to happen...and I think he'll be up for the challenge.

Well considering his dad dying a couple of days ago kept him out of this game, I'd say yes.

That's not what kept him out of the game. He practiced all week. All he missed was the walk through on Saturday AM. He was back in the area in less than 24 hours. Bill activated the players he felt gave him the best chance to win. Same thing he will do in 13 days. Chad doesn't play on any ST units. He is a liability in the no huddle or hurry up, which we will likely employ a good deal of against the Giants. The question becomes who are you going to sit if he's active. Kevin Faulk was active (and Ridley and Vereen inactive) but didn't have a snap yesterday, although if they needed a veteran body on ST or offense due to injury (to Woodhead or Benny) he could have stepped in because they trust him. He may not be a playmaker anymore, but he's a guy they trust won't screw up.

Let's hope so

He did get open a couple times in the first Giants game. Despite the struggles I still feel better about him being lined up as the #3 WR than Edelman, Slater, or Underwood

I think you have to ask yourself. Which WR would you play?

OchoCinco ?

Edelman ?

Underwood ?

Slater ?

IMO: OchoCino. Why? He has the height and has more WR experience than
any one of these players.

I have a tiny little bit of hope for him... last few games, he got consistently open. It's just a matter of whether Brady trusts him enough to even look in his direction.
