Futher to Italian Pat's notice of the other day, I have a good source saying that the NFL's overseas game next year will be in London and that the Fins will be the home team.

It is extremely unlikely that their opponents will be NE (sadly) but aside from the Jets and the Bills can anyone tell me who else will be on their schedule next year.

Thanks

I'd agree NEM, I'd say the Giants are most likely to be their opponent.

if i remember correctly the 16th January will be announced

i wuld like to see an Afc East game

i hope still in a Pats @ Dolphins !!! but i do not think it will be...

Mia-Nyj ? not bad

There will be an announcement on 16th - with a corresponding announcement here in London apparently, then (and this is the giveaway) a further announcement is scheduled during Superbowl week in Miami announcing teams and stadium.

Mr Huizenga (fins owner) has had substantial business interests here in the past.

According to my information the London part of the deal is locked, the teams less certain, but the Fins look to be the overwhelming favourite.

I agree with those suggesting the Giants. They had a traction here in the Tuna years with those SB teams that the Jets never achieved.

No way the Pats will be involved in another overseas game.. They have to go to China in August, and training camp is screwed up the way is.. So even though I would like to play the fish in london rather than Miami, I dont want the pats taking anymore trips overseas..

While the NY clubs are likely to be big draws, don't count out Dallas and the neverending Cowgirls exposure.

Let's hope they haven't booked Wembley for the game, eh? I'd prefer Twickenham as it is easier for me to get to. If it's the Fins, it would be interesting to see if all those fans from the 80s came out of the woodwork.

Hopefully it won't be the Pats.
