Suggs a no-show on First and Ten

After spending yesterday and most of today hyping the fact that Suggs is going to be on to debate Skip Bayless, he was a no-show. That's twice this week he hasn't showed up. Let's hope he does the same on Sunday.

This does show the lack of class and professionalism that Suggs has. I understand that First and Ten is a silly show, but when you make a commitment, you have to live up to it. I wonder if Harbaugh stopped him from going on because he did not want Suggs to say anything stupid (a good bet that he would) and supply bulletin board material for the Patriots.

Shows how important they think this Game is...i woudn't want Brady on any show this week for obvious reasons.

I am impressed that he was able to be a no show. It would have been a stupid thing to do. Could also be that Ray Lewis put some sense into him, or Suggs is actually maturing and having some sense.

Loving this gimmick.

Also Skip Bayless is a professional antagonizer, I don't think it says anything about Suggs' 'professionalism' to no show. I doubt he ever had plans to go and was probably just goading on Bayless the way Bayless does everyone else.

If anything had Suggs gone on there would have been another thread whining about the guy having so much free time that he could make public appearances.

I think if you watch Suggs very often you would probably like the guy. He's kind of like Ocho, I mean the more he talks the more you realize he is just kind of full of it and constantly just having fun. I don't know why he would have bailed but I tend to agree w/the theory that the organization told him not to do it. Some of the things a guy like Suggs will say look absolutely horrible and disrespectful in print. Still I think if you watch the guy you are bound to get a bit of a chuckle and probably won't hate on him as much once you see what he's about.
