Or did I miss him? Seen everyone but Ocho in there, thought he would get some time this game.

They are saving him for the Super Bowl!! BB is a genius!

It's gonna happen... either AFC Title game or Super Bowl if they are there. And if he makes the play, it will all be worth it. Then he can ride into the sunset, and we can move on.

Everyone on the active list played tonight except Hoyer.

Stinko had one snap.

Unless Hernandez can't play Sunday,Ocho who is a worthless pile of trash that is here for emergency depth will be used along with Underwood.

I've seen a couple morons on here, not naming names, say that he's "still learning the offense"

Even before kickoff, Chad was the deepest into the playoffs he's ever been in his 11-year NFL career. And without a single target (did he even step on the field?), he got his first ever playoff win.

I'm not surprised any more by his lack of involvement, don't get me wrong. But I doubt he has a problem with how today turned out for him. :)

I'm sure he's not complaining too much......lmao!

To friends and family sure.

Any complaining to teammates would get him on IR.

As long as the Pats are in the no huddle/hurry up offense the Ochocinco will not be on the field. That's not going to suddenly change next week either.

Whether or not that changes next year after a full off-season of OTA's remains to be seen. But if he instead spends the spring and summer making reality television shows rather than working with his teammates, I doubt he'll be on the roster next fall.

Again, I don't understand why anyone thinks it matters anymore - even as much as who Lindsay Lohan is currently sleeping with - whether the "#3 WR" on the Pats is Ocho or Lloyd or Wayne or Edelman or Underwood. Gronk, Ahern and Welker have become so dominant and have dominated Brady's targets so extensively that even a throw to Branch almost seems to have devolved to the realm of "trick play." A throw to anyone else - including Ocho and the RBs, really HAS become a "trick play."

Seriously, since the start of the current winning streak in wk-10 v. the Jets, the Big Three have received 71% of Brady's targets with Branch accounting for another 14% - leaving only 15% (less than 50 total targets over 9 games) to be split among SEVEN "others". Since wk-14, it's gotten even MORE lopsided, with even Branch down to about 8% of total targets.

So, this unrelenting spotlighting of Ocho has begun to seem to me a lot like not seeing the forest for the trees.

And the repeated claims that replacing Ocho next year with Lloyd or Colston or whoever "will make a huge difference"...... Well, as long as the Big Three continue to dominate as they have been, no, it won't.

Don't worry, the AFCC is definitely his breakout game. That 19th week into the season is usually the one where it clicks

i think he was in on just one play all night...

If Chad gets his ring this year, do you think he'll get the "true" joy of winning one? Or more so the joy a backup quarterback has when being part of a SB team.

Like, is he going to cry and be proud? I hope he has some sort of impact in the next two games.

He got 6 million dollars and a sideline pass to watch the Pats' playoff run.

Maybe he's not so dumb after all? ;)

Yup... and we wouldn't want him to get injured in a game against the Broncos... Best save him for when it counts and not take the chance

I gave up hope of him being a consistent contributor a while ago, but I'm still hoping he'll make at least one game breaking play in the playoffs, just so he doesn't feel completely worthless!
