4 teams Left and 3 with the best defenses; what is this telling us?

With 4 teams Left and 3 with the best defense's and Breeze,Rodgers out what is this telling us...??? Defense is still key and we need ours to show up.

I do think the stars are aligning just the right way for us to win it all..

We beat the Giants in the regular season in 2007 after being behind but won late very similar to what happened this year when we played the Giants they beat us late..We got spanked by the Ravens in the playoffs and now we get to revenge that loss..

This is the redemption tour by Tom Brady who is so focused and just refuses to lose..We are so lucky to have a QB like him just enjoy it because it will be a long time before somone comes along that will be better...IMO

Except the 49ers' defense was non-existent in the fourth quarter yesterday and they won because of their offense and not their defense. Hard to argue in a 36-32 game that defense is key.

Except the 49ers' defense was non-existent in the fourth quarter yesterday and they won because of their offense and not their defense. Hard to argue in a 36-32 game that defense is key.

Do the first three quarters not matter? They did cause how many turnovers in that game, which helped them build a huge lead.

For the last time, one good unit isn't going to win you a Superbowl. Having the best defense isn't going to do **** if your offense can't close the game out, or if your special teams mess up. Whoever plays collectively best as a group will win. Its the best team, not best offense or defense.

And they were about 30 seconds away from losing. So are we going to say their defense was awesome because when they gave up nearly 500 yards and 32 points.

People kill the Pats' defense for doing the same thing without giving up all the points. By your logic the Pats have a top defense. Kinda hypocritical.

The 49ers' defense played like the Pats defense has played all year. In a game, they were sometimes shutdown and sometimes turnstyles. The 49ers' defense was average yesterday because you play 4 quarters and they were not good in the fourth.

2007 was 2007. This year is this year. The 49ers won yesterday in a track meet where 68 points were scored and nearly 900 yards were gained in total. The Saints won Wild Card weekend with no defense, but a high powered offense. There has been plenty of games this playoffs won on offense and not defense. We need to stop looking at the past.

Is that right ??? What beat the Packers tonight was it he dominent play by Eli or was it the mistakes made by the packers offense caused by a relentless defense..??

It tells me when we get a 21 point lead on a team we force the opposition to become one dimensional and that is easier to defend..When it's even or we aere behind our defense is not as good because teams have more options...
