I just spent ten minutes over on Broncos Country, and here's what I learned.

1) Von Miller was somehow goaded into his cheap shot.

2) McDaniels must have kept a copy of the playbook.

3) The Pats are classless because they ran up the score.

4) The Pats are classless because they punted.

5) Brady's classless because he snubbed Tebow.

6) The Broncos will remember all of the slights and there will be blood next year.

7) In hindsight, I have no idea why I bothered to spend ten minutes on Broncos Country.

These are not very bright people.

The altitude, perhaps?

Can you go to Steeler Country for 10 min and report back whats going on over there?

:D

We called the President and brought in more Minutemen for this one I guess.

Laugh that one off Broncos fans.

I spent about 3 minutes on there and it seemed most of them questioned Von Miller's hit…calling it classless and cheap. One poster questioned if he was goaded into it…but others then said even if he was, he should have waited until the next play to let his frustrations out. Sorry to disagree with you.
That cheap shot was totally a lack of class. I don't care what the OL said. Get him during the next play, don't take a cheap shot.

The first one is a shocker to be honest. I mean, I understand delusion to some extent is a requirement for die-hard fans. But to project such a scenario when the replay clearly showed that it was an unnecessary, cheap and pathetic shot at a defenseless player, it is time to take the blinders off.

On the last one, come on...we all love to read these insights on what's happening behind the enemy lines. Trust me, I do it very often when the Jesters lose. You come away realizing what a treasure it is to be a fan of the Pats and this nice board. :)

Let's not generalize. Add "Some say" to all your points. Like all forums, including this one, there are good and bad posters.

So much for their talk about the Pats not beating anyone w/ a winning record eh? Dummies.

Thanks for the link. Couldn't resist reading it. :)

However, you think 'most' questioned the hit? I thought it was just two, including the OP.

Here are other posts you might want to consider, including his own tweet!, before you disagree with the OP.

Not in his opinion.

Was not a cheap shot, hit was totally legal, Play wasn't over, I could've loafed and said game over, but I didn't. Never quit, never give up---------

So he shouldn't have done it, but it happens, get over it.

He only barged into their player late, He didn't go into the crowd and level a fan

OK so it was a cheap shot ... But my question is, why did that guy say to Miller to get him so upset. I am sure Miller was already upset but that guy most had said or did something to make Miller want to throw down and fight.
I love Miller, the kid fought his heart out today and was crushed when he couldn't do anything.

I like his attitude, He will be a really good player for us. I just think our safeties got killed by Gronk and Brady and the game was gone by half-time.

I don't agree with the tweet, He saw the play was over and it was in frustration but like I said it was no big deal to me.

I agree he did it out of frustration. He had a mini twitter spat with Stink too. Stink tweeted that it was the 1st time Miller hit anyone all night and Miller said something along the lines of "hey, thanks for supporting me, jeez".

True. And a lot of the posters said, "They just flat-out whupped us." Still, it's much more entertaining to focus on the dumb. :D

I actually browsed Steelers Fever, and mostly it's the following:

- Fire Bruce Arians
- hope Tomlin was taking notes on how to coach
- Patriots whipping Broncos makes Steelers look more embarrassing
- [in some cases] admitting that they want the Patriots to beat the Ravens

An interesting turning of the table since last year most of us were rooting for the Steelers to knock out the Jets.

Get a sense of humor, and we have a deal.

Sweet Christmas.

I hear ya. That is one reason I love our board…for the most part, we all love our team, have a bit of homerism…but also know when to say uncle (like when we lost the Halloween game to Pittsburgh).

There is venom between the Steelers and Ravens; much like the Jets and Pats. The Steelers definitely have to have some "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" feelings if we play B'More in the AFCCG.

Yep just spent a few over there myself. This is the gist of it:

BTW, Patriots score update - 35-7. I'm glad that the Pats are embarrassing the Broncos, just goes to show how much of an embarrassment that loss was. Everyone in the Steelers organization should be embarrassed right now that this college-quality team brought shame to a historically great organization.

I love it. I love the mediocrity of Pig Ben and the Stealers. Plenty of people would say 3 SB appearances and 2 SB wins in the last 7 years is hardly mediocre but at the same time those people would never mention missing the playoffs after both of those wins and losing a wild card game to possibly the worst playoff team in the last 500 years.

**** Pittsburgh and everything they stand for.

Different breed out there by the Rockies, little off the wall, odd, that sort of thing. Not suprised.

Regular season.... It's a fact. There's no real need to run away from it. The Patriots did not beat a team that finished the regular season with a winning record. That will have to change moving forward, since both Houston and Baltimore finished the regular season with winning records, as did the Giants, Packers and 49ers.
