This is what you're going to hear next week.

And they beat the most playoff teams last year and look what happened

This is exactly why I want the Ravens in the next round...

Denver was 9-8

9-8 is a winning record

Here's your comeback (no pun intended)

- Every team the Pats played through week 11 was .500 or above at the time they played them. And so was Denver.

How about this answer: WHO CARES? Really, these same people would be calling the team out if they could not beat a team with a losing record. They can only play the teams on their schedule.

That's okay. Pittsburgh couldn't beat a .500 team in the playoffs.

Again...who cares what these idiots in the media say? It does not mean anything. They are just looking to create a story.

Circular logic. The Jets would have had a winning record if the Patriots had not beaten them twice.

I guess after next week they won't be able to say that about us huh? Let the haters say what they want. We do our talking on the field.......

Interesting point. A more positive look at it could be "Patriots Spell Doom for Winning Records and Playoff Hopes". Seven of our victories (Jets, SD, Oakland, Denver, Philly, Dallas, Jets) caused 6 teams to not have winning seasons and any one of those teams (except Denver) may make the playoffs if they had beaten the Patriots (and we belatedly helped Denver out of the playoffs :D).

We did play a lot of games against .500 teams. With the game against a 7 win team and 3 wins against 6 win teams, the Patriots definitely steam rolled the middle teams of the NFL. And the good news is next Sunday the issue of whether we can beat a "winning" team will be conspicuously settled.

Yup....... we have no shot to win next week. Just like we had no shot against the one and only Tebow. Oh, wait........

Any given Sunday, right?
