The Official: call the exterminator thread

There seems to be an outbreak of western vermin on this forum. Now, no all of our Charger "guest" fit into this catagory but there are some who neeed to be "exterminated" from our board. They come here crawling around from thread to thread like this creatures:

Because the "triangle feature" does not seem to be working, I"m setting up this thread so the mod's can take extra notice of some of these and perhaps refer them that little click. Here is my short list.

1.boltsbomba- posting photos's of our QB and calling him a "homo"
2.daboltbomer- must be the brother of the above- bringing up "gay brady" and here to just be a useless smacker.
3.SdChargeHer- big time smacker and then calling our area "racist" and posting links to race baiting articles. I didn't read them and hope no one else did.

Please add to this as you encounter them. Getting rid of these vermin will keep the board clean for the several Charger fans who are here to talk about the game and football in a fun but respectful manner.

Had the "triangle" feature been working, there would be no need for his thread.

Anybody else having trouble with the "report post" button? I know I've been getting slammed with reported posts (thank you, really) so it has to be working for some folks.

i can see adding the racist and inappropriate posters to your list, but adding all of the SD fans who challenge your opinion seems a little "weak sauce", don't you think? learn how to take criticism like an adult, and if you want to back up your opinions with factual data go ahead. a lot of the patriot fans here have reverted to name calling when they're getting owned in a debate.. grow up?

When I tried to use it, it gave me some jive message about not recognizing threads or posts, tried it 3 separate times. That's is the way to handle these things. So, if it's working then maybe this thread sould be locked and moved.

I'll bet you were trying to report a thread I had already deleted. I was hyper fast on the refresh button keeping up with boltbomber's trash posts.

Try reporting mine, see if it works.

Wasn't the OP 100% clear in saying this doesn't apply to all SD fans, just the ones that are here to stir sh*t up? Didn't he even name them and give reasons? How can you miscontrue that to mean "all of the SD fans who challenge your opinion"?

Some Charger fans have been awesome, but others just leave a bad taste in your mouth.

The trouble with trolls is that they march on the board and are looking to "challenge" rather than discuss. If the post that I just quoted is an indication of your method, then yes, you will be called "names".

Don't forget this is a Patriots fan board. If you come here thinking you can crap on our rug, you're wrong.

why can't a discussion involve challenging your opinions? wouldn't it make sense to be able to defend your position rather than blindly believe in it? a healthy debate/discussion can include "challenges" to your opinions, giving you the opportunity to explain why you hold your convictions. to try to justify "name-calling" on a message board isn't really what being a moderator is all about, is it?

message board discussions wouldn't be nearly as interesting if every post on the forum was from a "pro-patriots" perspective. sometimes it's healthy to step back and view the world from other sides.. you should try it sometime.

Just got on. Yes, we are seeing something we haven't seen since the esteemed Pittsburgh fans crawled in the week before the 2004 AFCC.

Yesterday, I contacted Ian re: Bumshady911 and Ian exterminated him last night.

T-Shirt has contacted Ian re: the bomba creature and hopefully Ian will exterminate him/her also.

SDCharger, honestly, I don't see a bannable offense there yet. Admittedly, I haven't read all his/her posts yet. The very moment he/she steps over that line (IMO) I promise I will contact Ian.

I hear ya and none of us want to put up with stupid ^%.
