"The Packers organization is aware of the missing person report regarding Michael Philbin, son of offensive coordinator Joe Philbin," Packers general manager Ted Thompson said in a statement. "Our thoughts and prayers are with the Philbin family during this difficult time."
A Brown County judge sentenced Michael Philbin to six months in jail in 2009 after he was convicted of sexually assaulting two young girls and two counts of battery.

Hopefully he is fine and returns home safe and sound

For what his charges are he should be missing....forever.

I mean should we feel sorry for this Pedophile?

While we are at it,lets hire Jerry Sandusky as our Babysitter

So he can sexually assault more young girls?
that never occured to me or other 34 people who read this thread before you......may his body be found at the bottom of a rivine.... happy?????????

i dont agree with what he did to those girls...............i was thinking abt his dad when i posted the thread........

And I, and I suspect the vast majority of posters, are with you on this. He's suffered plenty as a parent already, for sure.

With all the things to be hoping for in this world, the safe return of a missing pedophile is not at the top of my list. Sorry.

This is going to be an all-time great thread. :rocker:

Doesn't look good....

Joe Philbin is in Oshkosh where his son was reported missing. Divers have been searching the Fox River in Oshkosh, where police were called after an employee at a nearby company thought he heard someone fall into the ice and call for help at 2:30 a.m. Sunday, according to the Oshkosh Northwestern.

A body of a 20-25-year old man was recovered Monday afternoon with no identification.

When I read the title of the thread, I thought, how sad, thinking it was a kid. Then I opened it and saw what this "kid" is and my immediate reaction was one expressed by others, i.e., can't really say I feel bad that he is missing. Then I saw Deus' post which indicates the worst for a family that has probably already gone through a lot with this person and I thought, chalk it up to 2 things: 1) you never really know what goes on in other people's lives; and 2) I'm not going to complain so much when I get home and my 4 kids need help with their homework.

Oh no, all of Green Bay is a tither because Quagmire is missing.

Perhaps the parents of those young daughters might 'have had a part' in this?

I know I would have, had it been my kids.

I was about to be all like, "Oh, noes!" Then I read up on the case. As much as I feel horrible for the parents, good riddance to him.

I felt sad for the dad when I watched that vintage Jeffery Dahmer interview on MSNBC a few weeks ago when dad was by his side in the prison interview room for the network, but I couldn't help but wish Jeff had been beaten to death long before those killings took place and before he was wiped out in prison.

They just reported on 98.5 that his body was just pulled from a river.

WTF....that sucks.

RIP

I'm told the #Packers players have indeed been informed that the body of offensive coordinator Joe Philbin's son, Michael, has been ID'ed.

My heartfelt sympathies to the family in this time of grief.

Update: son was found dead. This is very, very sad regardless of his history. Please be respectful, folks.

Quagmire isn't a kid didler, that Herbert's role.

Was he respectful of his victims?

That's a matter of opinion.

Again, as a dad, I feel terrible for the parents' loss. I'll leave it at that.
