The "Colts" will be hosting the SB. They came in dead last in the NFL and will get the first pick overall.

(I recall when Indy was granted the SB all the Colts fans talking about the possiblity of it being a home game)

Is this the first time the "host city" has had the dishonor of having the worst record in the NFL?

New Orleans has hosted a number of SB's over the years, I have to think that they would have been the worst team a couple of times.

I think the New Orleans Saints still hold that distinctive record, as the worse team ever to host the SB. It was back during the 1980 season. They went 1-15. SB XV was played in the Superdome that year (January 1981). And, guess who their one win was against, as they were 0-14........drum roll please.......the JETS, in New York !!!!

Wonder if they'll raise a flag honoring their achievement?

Well,at least you know the end zones that the Colts faced forward weren't used as much all year, nor were the first down markers. :p

At least Polian won't be there to press the crowd noise button over the PA system.

Thanks. I was hoping they would have the record. But oh well. I can find other ways to laugh at my Colts fan friends.

I would think that the Irsay Twitter comments would provide plenty of laughter for you.. Especially after he made a total arse of himself over the weekend.

You guys have suffered through some lean times with your team. Being a Pats fan since the early 60's I know the feeling.

Plenty of material to work with, I'm sure.

Just for this year alone all you have to do is remind them that on Week 17 the Patriots were playing for the #1 seed in the AFC.

Meanwhile the Colts were playing for the #1 spot in the draft.

:D:D:D

Another perspective:

While the Patriots were making an addition to their house (McDaniels), the Colts were demolishing theirs (Polians) :D
