Brady is going to have flashbacks of what it's like to have someone like Taylor in your face all day, and completely breakdown AGAIN.

What a waste of a new topic.

This should be more of a Miami appreciation thread. We should be thanking the Jets and Miami for giving a wake up call on handling pressure and the blitz.

The Pats should thank Taylor for prepping them for Shawn the idiot Merriman.

This is the second time they've helped the Pats.

Great post lamea$$, what a tale of glory your franchise has weaved, last championship 46 years ago you pickle smoker.........

Highly unlikely. But, you can believe what you want.

Is it possible to move threads like this to the visiting locker room part of the forum?

What a waste of a new topic.

Ironically, the Miami game was a wake up call for the Patriots and their play calling. Since then they adopted a much more aggressive offense, using more spread formations and the no huddle offense more routinely.

This effectively masked the lack of a deep threat that Miami exploited so well by bringing their safeties up to the line of scrimmage and putting a ton of pressure on Brady.

That type of gameplan simply won't work anymore. The Patriots - specifically Brady and all his receivers - have hit their stride, and if the Chargers try it they are going to be badly burned.

For all the grief we gave McDaniels early in the season its clear he "gets it" now and his playcalling, allowing Brady to dictate the pace of the offense - rather than reacting to the Defense - will be very very difficult for the Chargers to stop.

I'm so glad Charger fans are posting knowledgeable and meaningful comments.

Seriously, I have never seen a more pitiful group of fans than those who have shown up for the Chargers.

WaBoltsFan is surly a 1st vote shoo in for AzzClown membership.

Yeah there needs to be something done by the Pats to account for Steroidman on each and every play. I'm sure Belichick is looking at what the Pats did vs. Miami to make sure it doesn't happen again in that protection scheme.
