From Pro Football Weekly:

ProFootballWeekly.com - Patriots DT Love helping Wilfork clog the middle

Glad to see that a respected national football source has noticed Kyle. I think that he's done an over all good job this year.

This season, he has played in all 16 games with 13 starts, forming a strong interior with Vince Wilfork. Love had 33 tackles, three sacks and five tackles for loss this season.

And a stunning hit on an interception return!

All I'm sayin',
Pretty baby.
La La Love you!
Don't mean maybe!

It doesn't seem like there's a game that goes by where you don't see him manhandling someone. He's definitely earned his props.

As disappointing as Haynesworth turned out to be, Love has mitigated that a fair amount by being a very pleasant surprise.

Hasn't looked out of place as an NFL starter at all. Deaderick been good too since he came off PUP.

I love that clip!!

If I caught a INT as a Patriot I would look for Love and run behind him:D:D

...And the angry mob circling BB's house calling for his resignation as GM are complaining that that should have drafted Love as opposed to letting him go undrafted so as to mitigate the risk of another team signing him.

BB is such a bad evaluator of talent

He has played great, feel good story.

Classic DECLEATING by Kyle....

Gotta love that kid..(No pun intended) :rocker:

Earlier in the year, I wasn't that impressed with Love. But, clearly he's made some great strides..

He got Blowed up for sure, Sarge.

The greatest part of that hit is seeing the opposing player's mouthpice fly straight up at least 10-12 feet in the air. (Edit: after watching it again, I'd bet that thing flies a lot higher than my original estimation, as unlikely as that seems)

I mean STRAIGHT UP in the air. That mouthpiece flies out of his mouth with all the force in the world.

I'm not sure I've ever witnessed a mouthpice fly straight up in the air like that in watching 30+ yrs of football.

Love is a beast. Several people on this board recognized this before the season. Props to them.

Deadrick hasn't been awful either. Pryor, though on IR, is also quite good and has complementing skills.

Is this the Giants DL? No. But we got some big bodies that can move and get nasty. What was a weakness since Seymour left is now our biggest defensive strength.
