Is there any doubt he is our best RB?

I must have missed where BB turned to Green-Ellis down the stretch and near the goal line.

The RB committee approach is working very well at present.

cmon dude, yes, there IS a question...actually at this point i would disagree completely, if you HAVE to declare one the best, its still BJGE

i like ridley, and i like what he brings, which is different than what BJGE brings, but if we HAD to lose one, i had rather keep BJGE

they serve different purposes, they are two different type of runners, im glad we have both b/c they compliment each other

why can we not leave it at that

ps. what has vereen been up to?

He's lucky his fumble went out of bounds.

Yes, I like him a lot, but BJGEs 0 fumbles makes me more confident in goaline situations.

Really? You'd get rid of Ridley and his 5 yards a carry for BJGE and his 3 yards a carry? I think it's pretty clear which one is the better runner.

Yea, Benny had a good game. I got a feeling Ridley is going to show up big in the playoffs like Shonn Green and James Starks have in recent years.

I could not care less who our best RB is as long as The Committee continues to contribute their varied talents

Love Ridley

Clearly the one who hasn't fumbled and has a penchant for knocking in touchdowns. Neither has to be considered better than the other as they are working well with one another and Woodhead.

That would have been a killer turnover. I feared for him all game that he will fumble, glad it was not a costly fumble.

Belichick would seethe if he could see this thread .....

Maurice Jones-Drew has fumbled six times this year. I think I'd still rather have him than BJGE.

Stevan Ridley isn't Maurice Jones-Drew.. just yet. That's a poor use of an example.

He injured his hammy a while back and has been inactive since. Should be more or less healed by now but probably fell behind a bit on the depth chart if he had moved up at all.

I wasn't comparing Ridley to MoJo. I was replying to these people who want to pretend BJGE is a good back just because he doesn't fumble. He's an average player who has done some good things for the Patriots but the team should be trying to upgrade the position. And I think Ridley looks like that upgrade.

I like Ridley alot. Powerful with some wiggle.

I have never yelled "get out of bounds!" harder at a football in my life then when he fumbled today. You're welcome.

Find me a coach who doesn't believe winning the turnover battle is a huge determinant in games and I'll retract my position that the Law-Firm is a very good NFL player.

Both have been impressive at times and less than impressive in others.

There is no doubt Ridley is the best rb on this team. He has been since the preseason.

It's early and he's barely a rookie, but one has to wonder if Vereen will ever have a place on this team.

He's been healthy but hasn't really shown anything when he has been in there.
