Where's the dislike button when you need it? What's with Light? Flu or something? The trainers need to teach these guys to wash their hands after...

I wonder if it will be mentioned fourty times during the game? Or is that just for teams with no depth? Cough, jets, cough.

Geesh. You can build a decent team starting with those guys.

Who is the 3rd TE going to be? Ninko lined up as fullback in TC and earlier this season, wonder if we might see him on offense.

Would be too many snaps for Ninko. Thomas, Connoly.

Apparently Light came up lame in pregame warmups.. shyt happens.

Playing it safe with a few of those guys.

Mallett is Inactive? What the hell are we gonna do now?!

That is a scary inactive list. Let's hope we can run the ball today with 2 rookie tackles in there. Wonder if Solder will continue at RT or switch to LT? And it sucks that Chung/Spikes still haven't made it back, I really hope they get back for the playoffs.

Who is it saying we're better off without a bye?

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- With starting left tackle Matt Light being scratched with a right ankle injury, the Patriots moved some parts around on their offensive line in warmups.

Starting left guard Logan Mankins was moved to left tackle, with Donald Thomas inserted at left guard.

Mankins played left tackle at Fresno State, but has been solely a guard with the Patriots. There have been times where he's lined up as a tackle in goal-line situations, but he's never played there extensively.

In the 2005 playoffs, when then-starting offensive tackle Tom Ashworth was ill during warmups, Mankins lined up there as the team got ready for the game. But Ashworth recovered by kickoff and Mankins stayed at guard.

If the Patriots keep Mankins at left tackle today, he figures to see plenty of Jason Taylor and/or Cameron Wake, two disruptive edge rushers. That might explain why Bill Belichick is exploring the idea of Mankins at left tackle over rookie Nate Solder.

Maybe it's ground and pound time. If so this is not the easiest team to run against. If they pound it out today I for one would be ecstatic, but it seems unlikely. This one should be interesting.....

Yeah Jay Glazer just said his ankle "went" in practice... what's that mean a twist/sprain/break what? Hopefully not a long term thing

hope he can play in the playoffs. Hope TFB survives today.
