Is this guy that igonorant.
One of his points against Brady was that Brady took over a playoff team.
Apparently 5-11 in 2000 got us into the playoffs, didn't know that lol. :p

why were they even talking about that?

Huh, I didn't even realize Marshall Faulk was still on a television station.

Maybe NFLN will sign Joey Porter next year and NFL Countdown can have a "Belichick B!tchslapped Me And My Team And I Am Still Crying About It" segment.

I was gonna bring this up. Then I decided to go cash my check and by some alcohol.

Basically he was saying that since TB became the leader of the team they haven't won anything, and Drew Brees is a better leader. He then stated that Bledsoe had the Pats in the playoffs the year before we won the Superbowl (which as stated, we were 5-11).

Yup and in 2001 the Pats were 0-2 before Brady was the full time starter. Because if you are good enough for the playoffs, you can give the other teams a 2 game head start.

I think Faulk is by far the worst analyst.

Guys like Faulk and Irving are simply there to disagree with each other and cause controversy for the sake of ratings.

Most sensible people will agree they are just idiots and should have no place in television... especially Irving's laugh.

Who is Irving?

I'm not one of those people who say former players that become talking heads have an agenda, but Marshall does have an agenda.

When he played for the Colts the Pats routinely kicked the crap out of them. He goes to the Rams, wins a Super Bowl, and thinks his s&*t doesn't stink.

Then him and his, greatest show on turf, team gets beaten up by the Pats in the Super Bowl and he is all about dissing Brady and has convinced himself that spygate affected the Rams offense from scoring.

He can go F himself.

New England Patriots (0-2)
This is sad. Drew Bledsoe took a big hit and is out indefinitely. Honestly, I don't know what weapons they have with which to win a game.

Scientific research has proven that listening to Marshall Faulk speak for prolonged stretches causes cancer of the ear canal and brain. His stupidity is so toxic it kills anything that can hear it. My advice is to listen to as little of him as possible for your own health.

Kevin Faulk should b*** slap his cousin.

That dink doesn't deserve a thread with his name on it, even if it's just to complain about him. And shame on me for contributing to it.

Shame on me as well for replying to this thread but I can't help myself. His hatred for the Pats is ridiculous.

Is he still ticked off that Willie kicked the crap out of him in the Super Bowl?

Sorry :p

I just had to, when i heard that, I couldn't believe how far he would go as to discredit Brady. Sad thing is most fans will run with this type of info not bothering to actually look up the facts.

Brees is good, good enough that you don't have to make up B.S to prove he is THAT good.

Faulk has to be one of the worsts if not the worst analyst out there..

He should burn in hell.

Faulk was an excellent player. Explosive both in the running and passing game. An integral part of turning around two franchises and a Hall of famer.

He rarely makes sense as an 'analyst'. He doesn't contribute on the set. It's bizarre that the NFLN keeps him...
