Congratulations Pats fans. The better team won today. I'm not sure the final score was indicative of the game, but clearly the Pats deserved to win. They won the battle in the trenches and outplayed the Jets. Good luck the rest of the way.

I wish the score wasn't so lopsided at the end. But overall, I am still happy with the season the Jets put together. I think we should have some good competitive seasons in future years.

Classy post. Thanks for the compliments. Your team will be tough to beat next year.

Thanks man ;)

You Jets fans have nothing to be ashamed of today........except for Frank Moga!

Your team would have been a 1 or 2 seed in the NFC. It was quite a year.

The game was a lot closer than the final score.

Ain't it the truth. I was waiting for the big turn-over, and it finally came with Samuel's pick, but that was very late, the final nail in the coffin.

The Jets are going to be competitive, I think, with their core group and with the Mange at the helm.

Having said that, I just hope the Teacher stays ahead of the Student.

:D

I just made a Mangini post ... he showed how good he was today.

The players played hard and Mangini coached his butt off the entire game. Yes, the score did not reflect that it was 2 teams trading punches for 3 quaters today. He did well to make up for obvious weaknesses and pulled it off pretty well.

Next year we will have our hands full in the division for sure. Hard not to see both teams in the playoffs again next year and I expect the Jets to be stronger ... for sure.

The Jets are gonna be a threat for years to come. They have a good team with some really good players. Once they upgrade a few positions(rb, cb) they should be really good. Props to your team. Mangini is a ton better than Herm.

Score was about right. Jets did nothing offensively today as expected. Enjoy the golf course.

thanks. classy post. If all Jets' fans were as classy as you I might not have taken my victory lap around my Midtown Manhattan block wearing my BB hoodie...NAH!

You are a schmuck. At least most of your brethren were classy. Shove your 3:16 up your azz.

That was pretty obvious after watching the KC-Indy game yesterday.

Good luck next season. The future is bright for the Jets. Beating the Jets was a HUGE win for the Pats.

Tell Noodlearm he has 8 months to work on his golf game. I hope you enjoyed the rout. As a wise man once said, "same old sorry ***** Jets".

Man, the Jets showed up today and if you don't think they're gonna show up next year and the year after that you are crazy. There's a reason that the Pats won whilst Mangini was here and he was a big part of it. He orchestrated our 20-3 pounding of the Colts without starting DBs... you think they'll be the same ol' Jets next year? Get real, I'm proud of our boys today but New York has a real team in the green and white and I won't begrudge them that

I was pretty shocked at how well the Jets did this year -- I think they've got a good future with their o-line and (already good) receivers. Only question marks seem to be a true #1 back and to fill some holes on defense. Given that you've now got the Patriots system in place, I'm sure that defense is going to get fixed up quick :) Too bad I can't root for the Jets like I used to for the Bills as our "little brother team" when Flutie was at the helm.

Amazingly, the Jets fan is right. You are a schmuck. He comes here to write a classy post on this board, congratulating the Patriots after his team gets eliminated from a surprisingly good season and you react like a three year old. Pathetic.

I personally gained a lot of respect for Pennington today - he looked unstoppable for a while there in the middle of the game. Until the Faulk TD in the 4th, this game was a nailbiter for me.

I was one of those who had the Jets penciled in for last in the AFCE this season, so congrats to them for proving me very wrong. They sure look like they'll be the Pats' main rival in the division for the next few years.

Thanks dude. Best of luck next year!

Way to go
The Jets put it all on the field yesterday
If you're gonna lose, lose fighting hard like that
