I just saw that guy yesterday in a Jet Li movie. Hercules O'Brien. Guess it's destiny.

Re: Nathan Jones

Another JAG....lovely

Re: Nathan Jones

Does this guy push Edelman down one spot on the DB depth chart?

Re: Nathan Jones

Jones definitely pushes Adams and Ventrone down one on the depth chart.

BTW, after a few practices he could be gone.

Adams was released this morning.

Re: Nathan Jones

Reebok should start making the Pats jersey's with velcro so they can change the names and numbers more easily.

Nathan Jones
He's been gone too long!

Re: Nathan Jones

Rutgers should probably just have its next reunion in Foxboro, yeah? Pats just need to go and get Alex Silvestro back.

Per Jeff Howe:

Pats sign defensive back Nate Jones. The thing that sticks out to me would be his 59 special teams tackles.

So perhaps the move has as much or more to do with special teams than it does with play in the secondary.

Breer tweeted this :

"Nate Jones's a good dude. Excellent blitzer, believe it or not. ... And was mainly a slot corner in Dallas"

He also used to return kicks...maybe they want him to help out with that as well?

I would trade him straight up for Revis right now.

I dunno. The way Revis played against the Bills I think BB would have released him the next day too.
