The Michael Felger Interview On Patriots Fourth And Two
By: Russ Goldman

Check out the latest episode of Patriots Fourth And Two which includes an interesting interview with Michael Felger of 98.5 The Sports Hub....

Great show:)

Haven't had a chance to listen yet but I'm surprised Felger was able to contain himself and muscle through, what with John Elway being such a meanie to poor little Timmy Tebow and all.

Felger is a D-bag. Sorry, he just is. I'll stick an needle in my eye before I listen to more Felger.....he's everywhere...GO AWAY!

Won't even listen to that. Felger is a complete idiot. Can't stand when he speaks

I can completely understand why some would want no part of listening to Felger, but for those that missed it last night this one was worth listening to. He's not on commercial radio here so he doesn't stir the pot for the sake of reactions and ratings, and he gives some surprisingly candid - and positive - opinions.

There's also a tiny gem mixed in there late in the broadcast that is easy to overlook, where he essentially admits what he does on the radio, and why.

Did he have any comments about Field Turf?

Why not just reveal what he said instead of driving traffic to your archived broadcast then?

Felger is Vice President of the Patriots Contrarian Club, serving under President Borges, for this he is rewarded a lot of cash for denigrating our team.. but we all know, secretly, he is a cheesehead fan..

Another great get! You guys are kicking ass!

For all the people biatching about Felger being a contrarian (which he usually is), he has been pretty high on the Pats recently. He argued with the seriously brain damaged Jermaine Wiggins, who believes the defense played horribly on Monday night, that Felger believes this team has the potential to do damage in the playoffs. He even said that although he wouldn't bet on it, he thought the Pats could beat Green Bay in the Super Bowl.

On that note, I still don't get why CBS is so invested in Jermaine Wiggins. He is on Felger and Mazz on Tuesdays and Sports Xtra on Sundays. The more he talks, the more I question that he ever actually played the game. Sorry, to get off topic.

Felger has been the voice of reason:eek:

I thought he was completely different talking with me than when he does his show. I felt he was candid and like I have said, some fans might be surprised by his answers to me.

I have my problems with Felger just the the rest of us, but I thought it was pretty classy that Felger didn't big time the guys and took the time to go on their show. He also was pretty enthusiastic and answered all the questions with the same intensity and interest he'd show if they were being asked by Bob Costas.

We might not always like Felger's opinions, but this podcast shows that he's honest about them and real enough to do this show. Good for you Felger.....now GFY. ;)
