You don't have to give us the number anymore, only annouce it if it's not number 70.

give him another extensionand big contract!

Mankins has been off, no doubt about it. Although I watched one of the false starts 3 or 4 times I still didn't see him move.

I wonder how much he is impacted by Koppen's absence and how much is just mental mistakes. Of all the worries I put O line near the bottom, Dante's track record has been very good.

That false start in Pittsburgh where Polamalu basically went "Boo!" was embarassing. Helped kill a drive, IIRC.

Regards,
Chris

He certainly hasn't lived up to his new contract.

The call was a bad one, but let's ignore that in our zeal. :rocker:

The only problem with the "False Start" penalty on Mankins in the last game is that he didn't actually move.. He might have farted and caused his pants to flutter, but he didn't move..

They probably saw the "mouse" creep down his pants.. or up..

Just one of the MANY bad calls and non-calls from that game.. But I digress..

I think I might start another thread about something else that I can find that isn't perfect with the team!

I really thought it would rather be Waters who will be going through this because of his time with the team. It is disappointing to be hearing false start number 70.

The OL in general has been a piece of **** the last few weeks. Brady is getting way less time (he definitely needs to shoulder some blame though, he's playing like a donkey as well) and the running lanes are non-existent most of the time.

Best guard in football.

Lol.

I'm not sure what's supposed to be funny here. A blown call by an official is somehow cause to be derisive towards Mankins' level as an NFL guard?

Todd Light is worse with the false starts than Mankins.

Bring this up with BB, for some reason he handed the RT job back to Vollmer after he has been clearly outplayed by Solder. Vollmer arrives and we see some holes, it's no coincidence. Kind of hoping Vollmer's back acts up again so BB is forced to put the better RT back in there.

I thought Vollmer played well.

Although one of the false starts on Mankins was bologne, he has several others that were legit. He's also getting beat 1 on 1 a LOT. He's declined significantly since getting that huge contract.
