Here's what BB had to say during the Belistrator, before the Pats' Week 4 matchup against the Bills in 2004:
BB: "Well, we'll take a look at Buffalo's linebackers. This is really a good group.

BB: "Take a look at the whole front, the RE over here is Schobel, #94, he plays over here on our left side on Matt Light. Pat Williams and Sam Adams are the two tackles. In this case, this is Adams over here on the guard. And #90 Kelsay and #92 Denney play over here at the end spot."
BB: "But the linebackers are Spikes, who plays on the weakside, #51, and Fletcher, one of the best linebackers in the league, plays the middle spot, #59, and Posey, #96 plays over here on the strong side."

BB: "On this particular play, we're going to watch Posey blitz off the edge here, and come in here and make a play and sake Volek here. He strips it, and that's Sam Adams picking it up."
Lynch: "Speaking of guys being tough to wrap up..."
BB: "We had trouble with him last year on that interception too."
Lynch: "Yes, you did."

BB: "On this play against Jacksonville, here you get a look at them in coverage. And this is there sub defense, also called a dime package. Fletcher's here in the middle, this is Spikes up on top. What they're going to do is that they're going to play a zone defense which is what they like to do. And drop back here, and they do a real good job of reading the QB. This will be Spikes, you'll see him coming in and hit this crossing pattern coming in over here from the strong side. If we freeze it just before the catch, right here, you'll see that Spikes is getting ready to drive on the crosser, and this is Williams, Jacksonville's #1 draft choice, and there's a welcome to the NFL."
Lynch: "Whoa."

BB: "This is a play at the end of the Oakland game. Oakland is ahead 10-3, there's a little over two minutes left in the game, and it Buffalo is trying to get the ball back. Fletcher, #59, is playing the MLB spot here, and again, I can't tell you how good of a player this guy is. In the last 5 years, Mike, this guy has over 900 tackles. Nine-hundred. More than Ray Lewis, more than Urlacher, more than everybody. So, here he comes to make a play over here on this running play. You can see how athletic he is, how quick he is, and really makes a solid tackle."
Lynch: "There's two tacklers now..."
BB: "And now, he's the first guy to jump up and signal for a timeout. You can see how aware and into the game he is. This guy is a very high-energy player and so productive. He's really the most productive player in the league over the last 5 years. It's incredible. He doesn't get nearly enough credit.
Lynch: "Rather than celebrating and doing a dance..."
BB: "He's into the game."

BB: "Well, here we go. Freeze it there. This is Buffalo's kickoff return, and here he is right here, London Fletcher, #59."
:Lynch chuckles:
BB: "He's one of the deep safeties along with McGee. McGee is a very good returner here. You can see Oakland's trying to kick away from McGee, and kick it over here to Fletcher. Fletcher has no problem. This is actually a return that's designed to go to the left, but with the ball kicked over to the right, Fletcher makes a good decision, get the ball upfield, breaks a couple tackles, and runs hard. When was the last time you've seen a MLB return kickoffs, Mike?"
Lynch: "I can't imagine **** Butkus or Ray Nitschke running back and kicking the DB on a kickoff."
BB: "So, that gives you an idea of London's versatility back there to be able to...and what a team player he is. He's really a good football player and will do anything that's asked of him. From little John Carroll College in Cleveland."
Lynch: "Really? John Carroll college. Only player to come out of there?"
BB: "Well, don't forget about Josh McDaniels and Nick Caserio, they're in the organization. So, it's quite an alumni group there."
Lynch: "I know I wasn't going to stop you on that one. Now, has Ted Johnson seen this film here?"
:BB chuckles:
BB: "We're going to show that to Ted, and we're going to work on our ball handling."
Lynch: "Did he campaign to be back there running back kickoffs?"
BB: "Bruschi who wants to be back there."
Lynch: "Bruschi! Every time he touches the ball he scores. You might want to put him back there."
Lynch: "That's terrific, interesting coach. Good luck, first divisional game obviously, divisional games are very, very important and you're back in it now, got a routine going, playing every week."
BB: "Yeah, well this is a big one going on the road to Buffalo. We know what a challenge this is going to be and we're going to have to play better than we've played the first two weeks."
