a little, but the patriots play today was indicative of a team that hasn't played a game in 2 weeks. add to that the 5 day break the players are required to get after a bye week, and then you get what we saw today.

stop making excuses. They are so sharp after the bye and weren't today at all. This games shows that the pats are NOT the class of the AFC

Anyone who says they're not is delusional.

Nope.

Was I scared after the Bills loss? No.

These team will rebound.

Absolutely as the Giants have the ingredients to beat us. A great pass rush and the ability to throw for big numbers. Our o-line played like dog mess.

What about the "give Belichick 2 weeks to prepare" mantra? Is that too 2004 now?

The Giants were losing to the Miami friggin Dolphins for 56 minutes today. They are no Pittsburgh Steelers.

That being said this defense couldn't stop a high school offense right now.

There is no class of the AFC this year. Very mediocre conference this year.

A little nervous, but Brady doesn't lose at Foxboro!!!

you guys have to understand the new rules. in the past there was no 5 day mandatory break that teams had to give players during the bye. now under the new CBA it's required. there's a reason why teams are like 4-10 after the bye week this year.

am i upset? yes, the team lacked focus. gronkowski was too busy spending time with a porn star during the bye week instead of focusing on the game. who knows what some of the other players were doing.

the team will rebound. it may have to play the AFCCG in the pittsburgh, but everyone knew coming into this game the patriots will probably lose 1 of the next 3 games. i'd rather beat the giants and jets if we have to win 2 of these games. if we lose to the giants and jets it's going to be "the giants own the patriots" theme by the media or "rex ryan is in brady's head," etc.

belichick will kick their rear ends in practice this week. the giants will come in over confident after beating the lowly dolphins. hopefully the team will take advantage.

i've said it before - the team needs to learn to be humble and nothing humbles you like a loss. the young kids come in thinking brady will save the day as always and have no concept of what it's like to lose many games. the team has lost a total of 5 games in the past 2 seasons. the packers lost 6 games before going onto win the super bowl last year.

The trend for teams after the bye has been disaster this year. I am not nervous yet. I will chock this up to the trend that is happening all over the NFL this season. So I won't panic yet.

I think if the Pats play like this vs. the Giants, then I will panic.

Other than Green Bay, who have flaws of their own, there is no class of the NFL period.

that will pass for 300 yards on us

If the O plays like it did today (complete dog crap) then those 300 yds might be a problem. I don't expect that to happen. Don't put this entire Steelers loss on the defense. The O was woeful.
