but....this idiot takes the cake

all the replies in that thread are idiotic in nature

I for one can see them winning no more than 9 games this season

They will be lucky to win 9 more after tonight's performance. What a waste of talent.

lol win 7 more...maybe...they are god awful

That team struggled against the Dolphins.
Horrid, and I'd be ashamed to have to make several excuses for the culmination of half-arsed execution tonight.
Jest fans are satisfied.

It's funny that they think they are going to beat the Chargers this upcoming week as if it is a given. BTW, isn't it interesting the only game that the Chargers play at 1 PM ET is against the Jets. Every other game played outside the time zone is played later.

I guess the Jets could beat the Chargers, but not the Jets team I saw tonight. Philip Rivers is not having a great year by his standards, but he is no Matt Moore.

The Chargers, although not as good as the Patriots are comparable to the Patriots. Despite the scoreline, the Patriots smashed the Jets. It would not surprise me to see the Jets blown out of the water against the high octane Chargers offense.

Let's hope so.

If I were a jets fan.....:eek::eek::eek: I would not be satisfied with this win. They were sloppy, and looked like hell.

Phillips Rivers will not miss a wide open Malcom Floyd (2nd receiver) in the end zone like Matt Moore consistently did tonight.

gee...I wonder how THAT was finagled...doesn't scheduling an aberration like that have to be cleared with the league offices so as not to even hint there is any favortism? Who approved that THIS game out of the 512 games played by NFL teams..this ONE game is a one time aberration?

Does Roger have ANY explanation for the rest of the country's fans WHY this is being done??? Does he even give a rat's azz asa long as his former employer gets all the edges it can get, SINGULARLY ,as opposed to the other 31 teams????

I'm not even gonna open the thread, the title is a complete fail. The guy doesn't even know how many games his team plays.

They may have faced the only starting QB in the NFL worse than theirs. If I'm not mistaken, Moore is the only current starter with a worse QB rating than Sanchez last year, and Sanchez has clearly digressed.

considering how they were ridiculed similarly and ended up in AFCCG...funny things can happen

yeah.,.funny things like the team with the so called greatest QB in football history sitting the bench as the Rats back into a playoff spot their head coach didn't even know they got...funny little things....over and over...funny here...funny there...

hope so. for some reason jets seem to have the chargers number..

OMG...that is beyond the Valley Of The Giddy Homer

You know what is pathetic, when your own fans, in your own house are booing you in the 1st qt against the worst team in the league:bricks:.........

:D

OMG...that is beyond the Valley Of The Giddy Homer

Well, it was more rational than his thread last week about how he was thoroughly impressed with the Jets for getting totally outplayed by the Patriots.

ESPN crew Stuart Scott, Dilfer, Young and some guy I've never seen before...(anyone identify) just laughed at Rex's press conference where he said 'now we have a great offense, we have a great defense and we have great special teams'
Some of the comments
What was he smoking?
The Jets are 'middling' (Young) does middling mean playoffs? NOOOO
They will be 3-6 after SD, Buff, NE

i'm a chargers fan and i don't see it

but i hope for it lol

it's a 10am east coast game, something we really suck at, and our red zone O is awful, and we commit the stupidest turnovers

we're just not very driven, kinda timid alot of the time, while other teams are swarming to the ball

hopefully i'm wrong, but i picked the jets

and i hate the jets, i'd love for us to kick LT's ass
