Mangini,Jon Ritchie and Skip Bayless were asked who would they chose to play QB for their team as of today BRADY or RODGERS?

Mangini picked Brady
Jon Ritchie picked Rodgers  (His arguments were as lame as they come)
Skip picked Brady

STATS:
Brady 16 TD 8 INT
Rodgers 17 TD 3 INT

Have seen all of them side before? This is rehearsed and they pick their sides before the taping and gets help with points if possible.

Rodgers is the best QB in the league right now. I love Brady but Rodgers is playing out of his mind right now and will probably have another ring this season with the way the Pack are looking.

What separates Rodgers from Brady is his ability to make plays outside the pocket. He's one of the most mobile QB's in the league. I know Brady has faced tougher opponents but Rodgers is too good right now.

the packers essentially are a mirror image of the patriots right now....they give up alot of passing yards (they are 2nd to last) but put alot of offense on the boards to beat their opponents.

I think theyd be a pretty evenly match for the pats...it would come out to which quarterback plays a better game that given day(and how many turnovers)

Ahhhh

By definition, doesn't facing much tougher competition mean that you would not look as good as the dude who is facing lesser competition?

who cares the show is pure garbage.

**** the stats...Brady has had plenty of tipped passes and end-zone drives end because of the faults of others.

It's wins that matter. Brady is 5-1 with less talent in my opinion.

I'll take the body of Brady's work over the flavour of the month anytime.

Rogers is having a good run and more power to him but he is one concussion away from the funny farm.

This just in: Aaron Rodgers is not a flavor of the month.

The man has been a top 5 QB for going on 4 straight years.

Is he prone to concussions? I know he is a mobile QB and that is a concern.

I just don't follow GB all too closely.

he had atleast 2 concussions last season,he was sacked 27 times in 2010 and 50+ times in 09

Like BB said "No Qb I'd rather have than him" (Regarding Brady of course)

Rodgers is playing better, he's more mobile, and he won the SB last year.

That said, I'd still want Brady... for sentimental reasons. :D

Rodgers is playing incredibly right now, but if there's one thing I've learned watching this game especially after '07 is that it is a serious grind. Only the greats can keep up with the pace and anything is possible on any given Sunday. The Packers are in a tough division along with what seems like a pretty damn competitive NFC. They are the early pick, but I'm not sold until week 16.

I like Aaron Rodgers as much as the next guy, but how do you come up with the fact that he has been a top 5 QB in the last four years . . . he took over the 13-3 number #2 seed division winning Packers and proceed to go 6-10, 11-5 and 10-6 and only make the playoffs twice and has yet to win a division title . . . so why again is he a top 5 QB? . . . i am not talking about right now (i.e. flavor of the month) but for the last four years??????????

If you had to play one game, its Brady, no question, not even close. However if the issue is more long term, given his age and outside the pocket mobility, then the answer becomes more cloudy.

Rodgers is clearly the flavor of the week. His stats are worthy of consideration. However it SHOULD be noted that if you look at the 6 teams that he's played against there isn't a SINGLE team who would be considered a good defensive team (Saints, Atlanta, Rams, Chicago, Carolina, and Denver) Only ONE of those teams has a winning record. Not ONE of those teams have a defense ranked in the top 15

Consider that Brady has played against 3 teams that are among the best defenses in the league, and only 2 of the teams he's play against have losing records, and one of those teams were the very talented Cowboys (assuming the Jets beat the hapless Phins tonight)

So when we are comparing this year's stats between Brady and Rodgers, they should be considered within the context of the teams they have played as well as the stats themselves.

Rodgers is the best QB in the nfl right now.The problem with Brady is his mobility. Its not bad though being the second best QB in the league.

I think Brady is a better football player overall. Rodgers might have more talents as a QB, but Brady exceeds everyone in terms or preparation, knowledge of his offense, and accuracy.

Rodgers is playing a ridiculously easy schedule.
