It feels great to send both Ryan "defensive masterminds" home packin' as losers in consecutive games; so much for their "mystique." The best part of all is that both defenses knuckled under in the fourth quarter when it mattered most -- Wrecks succumbed to the Patriots' own "ground and pound," while Rotund Rob's boys wilted under Brady's arm.

One thing about Rob today: I've never seen an assistant coach grandstand like this fat load. It seemed like every series he was on the field sticking out his belly, yelling and flapping his arms over something. At one point where he was bending a ref's ear that ref looked very, very close to flagging him for unsportsmanlike conduct -- he was none too pleased with Rob's colorful language. Garrett, on the other hand, was pretty anonymous the whole game. Odd arrangement they've got there.

Waaay too many Cowboys fans in Gillette today, many times more than last week's relatively sparse contingent of Green Beans fans. Glad they went home with long faces.

You mean Rob Ryan isn't the head coach?

When he came out from the tunnels at the start of both halves, he jawed and mugged to the end zone crowd. Rob, you're a coordinator.

It's gotta hurt to plan all year for just the one game only to lose. If only you spent time on some other games instead, Rob, maybe you'd have a better record.

Rob certain did take it to BOB today though. We're lucky we have Brady and got 3 points off a pick.

Rob's hair cracks me up. I can't hate someone that makes me laugh every time I see them.

That's quite debatable. Total yards were about dead even, we had four more first downs and out-gained them rushing. The Pats defense played pretty well, too.

What's stupid is every time he loses his temper and starts yelling at someone it all falls in his face and he has to swipe it away. He should wear a pony tail. Or a hat.

Lawds, what a disgusting display of grease-ball hygiene.
Reminds me of Cap'n Lou Albano.
Ugh!

Yeah I don't like the guy very much either. He made a huge fuss over something really stupid early on I can't remember what it was.

But his defense still had far more success than any other defense against us this year. Our defense played great too but that doesn't take away from Rob.

That's true. But my measure of a defense is whether it comes through in crunch time and neither Ryan had an answer. Giving up the winning touchdown with 22 seconds left after an 80-yard, two-minute drive is a big FAIL.

All part of the comedy act to me.

Any fan of The Big Lebowski has to be a little entertained watching the football version of The Dude roam the sidelines.

Oh no!!!....there's a Hell's Fatso Twins motorcycle gang????

Are they both wearing thongs? What the ****?

I know I'm probably in the minority here, but I would love to see Rob Ryan on the Pats. He knows how to stop the best O in the last decade. He always gives Brady fits, and not many can make that claim.

I think Rob Ryan is getting a little bit too much credit for todays game..

2 weak fumbles. One near their red zone, and one close to our redzone on the kickoff.

Both of those go on the players (Slater and Hernandez) as they werent hit hard at all. The ball was barely tapped when Slater fumbled, and the Hernandez fumble is the typical rip that Defensive players attempt all the time.

The coup de grace will be kicking the Jets ass on November 13th, thus completing one sweet trifecta of beating the Ryans 3 times this year. The only thing I love seeing Rex eat is his words.

I'll give him some credit. He had his defense ready to play and they are certainly the only team this year to even remotely contain us (if you wanna call 20 points "containing us"), so a certain amount of kudos are in order.

All that being said....... he still a grandstanding tub of goo that I can't stand, much like his brother.

espn would implode upon itself if that happened.
