Congrats BB and TB you guys are tied with DON SHULA and MARINO for the most wins by a COACH-QB combo :rocker::rocker:

(of course you also have lost less number of games than them)

Re: Congratulations to the best COAC-QB tandem in NFL history

Yes congratulations indeed. It made me feel so good to see Brady screaming after that final TD! :D so ******* happy

It's been an honor watching these guys here for so long. It'd only be fitting if they can at least one more superbowl win!

TFB + BB = GOAT TANDEM AWESOMESS FTW!!!!!!!!!!

they did it with about 30 less losses than their predecessors. congrats.

They will break the record in two weeks!

On a slight tangent, Brady has just overtaken Turnpike Vinny on the all time TD's list. He's now only 13 behind Johnny Unitas and 14 behind Warren Moon.

Brady trolls get worse and worse..

Brady DID still choke.

He had to rely on his D to make a timely stop to get the ball back for a SECOND try. Most teams aren't going to get that second try in this situation

He choked and then realized that his choking almost cost the team and then decided to play better on the last drive (despite that the intent was to play the drive BEFORE that as 'the last drive' except Brady **** the bed).

Seems nobody can actually deny that Brady failed on a drive that was supposed to be the final drive.

The Patriots LITERALLY lose if the Cowboys convert the first down after that - thus, it is most logical to attribute the critical moment that decided the victory on the defense.

Cowboys convert = Patriots lose

Thus, the Patriots D is what won the game. Brady was given the super rare SECOND CHANCE after what was supposed to be a final drive. Brady **** the bed once and then finally came around on the next drive (which QBs don't get to have in this type of situation)

Ok. Brady doesn't even get the ball back if his CLUTCH D doesn't make a great stop because he FAILED on the would-be final drive - very badly too. Epicly bad.

When he came in for the last drive, he looked incredibly focused.. and he did what he does best. We are truly lucky to have this guy.. the greatest field general of all time.

the person who created that particular thread is a complete jerk....
On the other hand here is a pearl of wisdom from a cowboys fan posted on cowboys-zone

This is why Brady is the best at what he does, not just right now but arguably all time.

People who compare Romo to him just saw the difference, this is what clutch looks like. Give him a chance to beat you in the end and he'll beat you.
We played to sloppy, to many penalties, drops and misses opportunities. It will hurt you in the end and it did

Who cares what the Brady haters say? If anyone is actually trying to argue that Brady is not a great QB after all he has done over the years then they are a total idiot about football. Their opinions on it have no value.

I agree. 10 char

That's the first time I've read someone accuse a player of choking after a win.

As we all know, he's at least the 33rd best player in the NFL.

And a lot fewer losses. Congrats TB and BB!!

So now he's a bad QB because he knows that he can count on his D to make a stop? The 3 and out for Dallas came at about the 3:30 minute mark, if I remember correctly. That said, if the D held, they would have had approx. 1:30 left on the clock. The drive only took a little over 1:00, with time for huddles and clock killing. Yeah, I wish Romo was available. At least he knows how to milk a 5:00 clock, unlike our guy.

Is anyone else psyched that we got to see the much-maligned D make a must have 3 and out and THEN got to witness a 2-minute drill clinic with just 1 timeout?

I mean instead of just the 2-minute clinic. I know I am.

In the 55 minute version of the game, Brady choked and the Pats lost. I guess that is the logic??

In the 60 minute game of reality, Brady lead a great game winning drive and the Patriots won. If the games were 55 minutes the Cowboys would be 5-0.
