D was great today except for really 2 drives

Winning a game like this where you are down in the 4th build character...great W

Dallas has plenty of talent on that offense- the Patriots D (missing its one of its best players) came up with a number of clutch plays to keep the team in it while the offense was badly misfiring.

This answers one question: Can the Patriots D help win a game when the offense is off its game?

I didn't have high hopes for Ihedigbo - but his play has been notable by the lack of mentions - which is a good thing for safety.

I would suggest to everybody to close the browser to this site, enjoy another classic come from behind victory and let's nitpick about the game tomorrow. Personally, I'm mixing a nice rum and coke right now...:D:rocker::D

What an amazing performance. Reminded me of the Baltimore game last year, just kept making big stop after big stop. If we establish some balance on offense so that the D doesn't get hung out to dry again this team is going to be unstoppable

Spikes seemed to have a good game today.

Best win I've seen around here in a while. I also agree that it's wins like this that build teams and build character.

Kudos to the D. They've got a long way to go, but they won this game.

I think we're all getting a little tired of our Defense having to bail our Offense out. :singing:

It was nice to see the D carry the O today. Those Ryan brothers are very very good defensive minds. The Patriots just beat both of them, thankfully.

He got his due last week from a lot of folks here. He deserves more for his performance today.\\\\\\\\\\

Wait until Mayo comes back. This defense is starting to come into form. Haters can try to put it on the opposing team's offense the last two weeks, but you certainly cannot today.

It cannot be understated how big an improvement Jerod Mayo will be over Gary Guyton running the D.

Where's benddontbreak?? psh he looks silly now

That tool is not a pats fans..he only comes into threads on game days and only talks negative. Bench brady..drop hernandez..he is most likely a jets fan

Defense played great in my opinion.

Not too sound mean, but its about time the offense can rely on the defense to give life. Defense has to feel awesome about that and so do we.

As someone mentioned before, this defense is beginning to take shape. Beating the Ryan's back to back was a good start. Here we go.

Before the bye, getting back Mayo.... 5-1.... I like this

And Andy Gresh is basically blaming the Cowboys o-line for allowing the patriots defense not to suck. He really has been looking at the Pats in Steelers black and yellow colored glasses this year.

Even Haynesworth was noticable.. overall very impressive overall showing..

Romo came as advertised..
