Been reading the news and was quite amused to find that it will be Boston's warmest winter since 1990. Could this one of the reasons why the team has been doing poorly at home? With no snow and the warm weather making visiting teams really comfortable, there is one less weapon for the Pats to work with. I am sure the only thing on visiting players mind would be " I'm cold. It's cold. Why is it so cold? I'm cold." under normal circumstances. Heck, that's how I reacted to my first New England winter.
NOW it gets warm in the winter? It seems my four years in college coincided with the coldest winters MA has seen for a bit. Thank you Old Man winter for looking out for me there.
So this is my proposal.
1. The Krafts should get a weather machine built. Just in case.
2. We are allowed to clear snow away from the field for the game right? Are there any rules that bar us from putting snow ONTO the field? If not, I say we grab some snow machines, get some powder out there and let the good times roll! That will give the Colts something legit to complain about.
