Wow....He is the true leader of our defense. We are lucky to have him. I hope they show it on replay...his comments were very telling.

I've never been so entertained listening to a giant red M&M :lol2:

lulz...you gotta love the big guy.

"Take that Revis!"

"Throw the flag Bill!"

Dude's a character but a very positive one...and he looks like the leader of that D in the huddle and off the field cheering up Ocho.

" I see you, lookin like a black Tedy Bruschi " hahaha

doesn;t look like any of them are friends. they don't seem excited to be playing. too many good quiet guys.

I just love how at the end of the game, he was still pumped up. He looked like he could have played two more quarters.

Yes indeed, and I think he would have enjoyed playing another two. This man seems to truly love what he does and cares deeply about it, unlike someone like oh, I don't know, Al Haynesworth?

Take the Branch fumble challenge for instance. All wilfork cared about was whether or not they retained possession. Al however, seemed to be more concerned about how long it would take to review it, probably because he just wanted to go home.

Now he may have just wanted to get things moving so he could get back out there, but I'm not so sure. I want Al to do great things here while being sincere about reviving his career and his image but that's not he impression I got there.

All about interpretation though and I may be totally interpreting this wrong. To me, by his tone and facial expression, he seemed to just be annoyed by the whole situation.

I'm just a lurker, but this inspired me to post.

That's ridiculous. Al and Vince were obviously on the same page, basically talking about how obvious it was that Branch's knee was down - so therefore it shouldn't take long to review.

Anything you read into their dialogue about Vince being all about keeping possession (e.g., about the TEAM) and Albert being about getting out of there (about HIMSELF) is totally your preconceived ideas about the two guys and what you WANT them to be. There's no substance to it at all.

Clearly, you didn't see the meatball parm under Big Al's helmet. Big Al was calculating review time vs consume time......1 min 17 secs needed, max.

Can they please mike up Big Vince every week??????????

He is da bomb!

No idea what you are going on about... obviously not a big Al fan

Anybody else notice Tomlinson trip Carter after Carter blew him up at about the 2:40 mark when the Jets scored one of their touchdowns. Cheating bastard! Touchdown should have been called back.

Also, I love the quick snippet between Vince and Mangold when he asked Mangold how he is feeling.

Vince was on the radio talking about how much he hates being mic'd up, and that it's part of the new CBA that players can be mic'd up twice a year without their consent.
