Lynch:How to Beat Brady (Cowboys)

To be honest there is nothing new in these gameplans. You can substitute this for any team/QB - hit the QB, jam the receivers , believe in yourself. Almost everyone gives these same plans these days. How about lynch doing some more insights like player matchups, schemes- should the cowboys play more DB's/zone etc etc.

No way to beat Tom Brady. You need to beat the Oline though and then you might have a chance but even so Brady got sacked 4 times vs the Jets got hit alot and he didnt look phased by it at all. Only way to beat him is hope he makes mistakes and even so that is unlikely

Ah yes.

The game where we were screwed by ignorant of physics, ignorant of geometry, and just plain ignorant ref Jeff Tripplette.

Hey guys I figured out the blueprint to achieving world peace. Get people to stop fighting!:eek:

How to beat Brady you say? Watch his receivers allow interceptions and take points off the board. That's the only way you beat Brady in his current form.

The touchback that wasn't stands out for a lot people (great play by Watson), but I'll never forget the bogus PI call in the endzone on Samuel near the end of the first half that turned the game in Denver's favour.

I wonder what happens if they call that PI on Lelie instead of Samuel. Another pats-steelers afccg?

I hate the 2005 season. So much injuries...and bad memories.

The key to beating Brady is consistently generating pressure up the middle with one defensive lineman while dropping 10 defensive backs in coverage. Even then Brady is quick to shift his protection scheme so the defensive lineman has to mix it up and blitz occasionally. And defend the run.

Watson comes flying into the picture like Usain Bolt. It was ridiculous.

only way imo is if brady does not have much time. If his o-line plays bad, you can beat brady (but i guess you can say that about most qbs?)

I saw a guy in 319 wearing a Lynch Patriots uniform on Sunday. Bizarre.

Hey!! I was up there in 318...sleazed my way down to 108 in the 2nd quarter...but...we were THIS close to meeting in person...I'll bet Kevin Bacon and six degrees of separation figure into this somehow...

Lynch: Wanna beat New England Patriots QB Tom Brady? Here's how - NFL News | FOX Sports on MSN

I remember that 05 game. The best part was when Champ Bailey intercepts and runs around 80-90 yds and before he returns in the end zone Ben Watson chased and hit him...probably on Youtube.

Beating Tom Brady does not = Winning the game

Strange, the comments to that column start on 9/22 ... but the article was last updated on 10/11 with the by-line "This week, Lynch examines how he would defend against New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady", with the third paragraph reading "My assignment: Game plan for the Cowboys defense, which is trying to stop Tom Brady and the Patriots this week."

So what is the deal, is Fox Sports just recycling the same column week after week and just crossing out the name of last week's opponent and replacing it with the next one? Is Lynch actually changing his analysis at all or did Fox simply delete 'Jets' and insert 'Cowboys'?

Its sad to see all those empty pink-hat seats.
General admission would be cool.
First come-first serve.

Any of us on this board could have written a better article. It had no substance....very bland...I expected something better

Someone should start a thread on how we should attack their offense. Lots of good ideas on here. How we can dominate Romo and shuit down their offense for the majority of the game.
