As we are in "awe" with WW, there's another reciever having also a great season, Megatron.

The kid is just absurd.

8 TD reception in just the first four games(NFL record), thats unreal.

Arguably the best reciever in the game today, and one of the most talented of all time(along with Randy).

His two TD receptions today are special, especially his first one, where he is in tight coverage, and signals for Stafford to threw it in the air, and he catches it in triple coverage.

MVP candidate for sure.

Great player. Stiall a hair below the freakishness of the young Randy Moss.

He is no where close to Moss in his prime..but still very..very good

Schwartz is far ahead of the early COTY votes

Stafford is looking great and Suh?....well not enough good things can be said about him

I am very happy for Lions fans...a well deserved dream season so far

Also happy to see we can watch a Lions thanksgiving day game without expecting the usual blowout loss at Ford

Lets not forget he is still 26, still not on his prime.

The kid is 6-5, is strong, fast, runs good routes. I believe he may reach Moss in his prime. This kid as all time great potencial.

Could have sworn I heard some fat blowhard say this week he couldn't start in Dallas.

Soon there will a thread complaining that BB didn't draft him.

I get the impression you may not be that old of a fellow. I assure you, the young Randy Moss was something else entirely. Moss was better at 22 than Johnson is now. Moss was better at 32 than Johnson is now.

Megatron is taking beast mode to another level in 2011. Some of the catches he's making aren't fair to opposing DB's.

Calvin Johnson is on pace for 32 TD's... 'nough said

Moss had a gear I can't recall any other quality receiver having, but Johnson's as good as it gets short of that.

Wes Welker is on pace for like 160 receptions and 2500 yards. Does that mean he could sniff Jerry Rice's jock? Of course not.

I HATE it when people bring up this pace garbage. If everyone was on pace then the season would be uninteresting. Calvin Johnson will slow down surely, not sure about Welker though but I doubt he will touch Rice's records, Welker is havin a career year and so is Megatron nontheless.

I'm happy for the Lions. I still don't like them, but I respect them for what they're doing. Three of the four wins were of the come-from-behind variety (if I'm not mistaking). They are incredible right now, as they are believing in themselves a great deal.

Can't wait for Green Bay Vs. Detroit .... For once it won't be one sided

God I hate the " on pace for " comments lol

They are very talented for sure but for some reason I just don't like them lol

Can I dislike this? Please watch Calvin Johnson play. There's no way you can say "he's nowhere near him"... and furthermore, why would you say that? Like what do you get out of saying that? Especially when it's evident that you're wrong.

So far this season, Calvin Johnson is playing the best a WR ever has. The stats prove that. And also.. the Lions have no run game to speak of. That triple-coverage play is indicative of what Johnson's game is like: you know what's coming, yet you can't stop it. His ball skills are the best I have ever seen.

He's incredible to watch. Reminds me of Larry Fitzgerald when he played at Pitt... a man among boys.

Moss was better than anyone, ever
