Full quote by Raiders Linebacker, Rolando McClain, talking about the Patriots:

"This is just a finesse team. Brady's a smart guy, has many weapons."

BOB, please take note.

Thank you.

"We physical! They finesse!" Hmm... When LaClassian was harping about this, it didn't work out too well for him, did it?

Got to admit I'm fired up for this game. These are the kind of games when you find out what your team is made of.

My burning question of the week is do the Patriots retire the new look defense and move back to a 34? Why wouldn't you if you were facing a RB of McFadden's caliber?

I got a feeling we are winning this game big Sunday.

As if losing wasn't enough motivation :yeeha:

Good, let him think just that. Then stuff Ridley down his throat over and over again next Sunday. ;-)

im hopeing Haynesworth is back for this game to help stop there #1 ranked run offense

Well Rolando IS correct until the Pats can prove otherwise... but you don't want to give bulletin board material either

And the worst part of all is that he used "finesse" to describe what makes the Pats different compared to the Jets. Am I the only one who doesn't see the Jets as an overly physical team on offense?

The Pats have turned into the Rams of 2001.

We are Finesse,he is absolutely right

There is no punch on the defense...it scares nobody

How can anyone say this defense is physical...Belichick tried to get aged veterans who were previously tough nosed but so far it's just weak additions

The vets need to start getting mean and quickly before opposing offenses step all over them.

Well is true, I was really hoping we would see the defense that was playing against tampa bay in preseason game.

Little Danny Woodhead will make them pay......arf arf

Is he talking about the offense or defense? If it's directed towards the defense, I agree. They're a bunch of ****ies.

Considering that under today's defensive rules there is no way the Patriots would have won that Superbowl, this is not exactly a bad thing.

You are 4 year too late. That happened in 2008. SB42, the greatest show of 4-3 pressure defense by any DL.

At least he's observant.

Pretty much it's towards the defense

I believe he is saying the Pats have Brady and his weapons at WR and that's about it...there is no Ray Lewis type players on this defense

I think that's what this defense is missing,a guy in the mold of a Ray Lewis or shall I dare say Terrell Suggs who speaks big but usually plays hard.

This defense lacks a killer instinct and emotion to get together as one unit with the will to dominate

I am not sure 3 more months of football will get this team back on track...the players need to want more than a paycheck from Kraft.

Who cares..................

{but if we lose to the Raiders...... I swear, I'm gonna hurt babies or something  ;) }.
