So with all the Ocho hate, who's all for begging Randy to come back?

:bricks:

Re: Randy moss

i am still in ocho's corner, and thinking he will be heard from by seasons end..

Re: Randy moss

Look, I loved Randy when he was here, but..........

Does he really have to actually die to make this stop?

Re: Randy moss

Woo-Hoo, I bet a bud a thread about Randy would surface within 48 hours ! LOL, well now, I got a case O beer coming :rocker:

He came here in the summer of 2007. He was said to have slowed down considerably by the Oakland Raiders offensive coordinator, and the rest of the NFL. They were wrong. He came into camp and ran a 4.29 in the 40. Also if you look at certain highlights of Moss in 2006 with the raiders, you could see he still had amazing speed and leaping ability, he just didn't care to try anymore.

In 2007 and 2008, Moss showcased that he still had blazing speed and top notch leaping ability(I think had Brady played in 2008, Moss was looking at another 17 + TD season)

However things changed in 2009. He started to lose his speed in 2009, don't get me wrong(still very fast), but he couldn't abuse secondary's with his speed anymore. Even more importantly, his once incredible vertical leaping ability(in which he abused Cincinnati and Miami on spectacular leaping TD catches in 2007) was now deteriorated. He could no longer go up and get the ball like he could in 2007-2008(despite a few nasty one handed catches in 09-10 like against Vontae Davis and Revis, neither of which he jumped up to get)

The leaping one handed catch Moss made in 2007 against the Colts was something the Moss of 2009 could no longer do.

Just what I noticed from the film. I believe that is why we saw a drastic drop in his statistical output. I also believe this is another major reason he was traded. Bill saw the physical decline in him.

I noticed Moss had no spring in his legs in 2009 too. Legs are the first to go.

Don't we have enough Randy threads?

It's a new week, so apparently the older Moss threads are all passe'.

New is always better, no?

Re: Randy moss

Shadow roster FTW. ;)

They would probably claim he faked his death.

No, that train has left the station.

Re: Randy moss

No, dog-faked his death.;)

HaHA I forgot about the whole dog-faker thing

The whole team was dog-faking (sp?) yesterday

I do not care for Randy!

And as for Ocho, I am still a fan of him! I believe he is growing in confidence in every game, and Brady's confidence is growing with him! (the TD drop didn't help) But I feel that by season's end, we should be seeing the Ocho that we hoped for!

I can't believe someone actually posted this thread.

No means no. The guy is done and is not coming back. Why do some people excel at ignoring this fact?
