Reiss and Breer tweeted it.

Reiss further tweeted that the Patriots are likely to play 5-6 DB sets much of the game due to Bill's spread offense.

Have to score in the 30's to win again.

This game will either be a blowout in Buffalo's favor, or a Patriots win with both teams scoring into the 40s.

Ok lets see here. McCourty, Bodden, Arrington, Brown, Barrett, Molden, Philips, Ventrone, and Ihedigbo. Well I only have marginal faith in the first three. With six of them out there...crap. Can I get me some pass rush?

Not good. It'll be interesting to see what Molden does.

This still gives us the same corners as last year (maybe better, maybe worse) - McCourty, Arrington, +Bodden. Safety, especially with the loss of Chung is the primary concern. If we are serious about winning the Superbowl, we should be winning this game. This gives the opportunity to see how much mental toughness we have.

Figures. Was hoping he could get rid of the made of glass personification early in his NFL career.

PHUCK this!!!

List all the injuries ************

Patriots declared CB Ras-I Dowling, SS Pat Chung, DL Albert Haynesworth, WR Taylor Price, TE Aaron Hernandez, RT Sebastian Vollmer, and DL Mike Wright inactive for Week 3 against the Bills.

Can Mallett or Hoyer play safety? ;)

I'm positive, but this is the Bills game to lose. They're very healthy. We're without 6 starters and Taylor Price.

Can you do that with 4 defensive backs?

It's obvious now why the Patriots tried out 3 defensive linemen this week.

It's what every team secretly fears, the Humungous Nickel defense...

Now the Pro Bowl defensive lineman thinks he can fill in for the defensive backs if need be.

“I’m a cover-two guy… I like to get my hand on the receiver,” joked Wilfork. “I can’t play off, I have to be up in someone’s face; actually hitting them in the chest. That’s where I make my living.”

How about Slater, he was listed as a safety...

The Meriweather and Sanders cuts are already coming back to haunt us.

We have three ST safeties that suck ass in coverage and run support playing.

No made of GLASS Bullshyt the dude was legit Hurt

....and Taylor Price? He's played 1 game in 3 yrs. Less than 5 catches for his career. Don't see how his absence will hamper the game plan.

And those five catches came against a Dolphin team that clearly didn't give two ****s about playing football.

This is unbelievable.

For all the depth talk about how great our coach is for the last few years, we get rid of Seymour in the beginning of the season and we had no plan to fix it that year. Before that we used to run offense without no proper WR. Then we are so woefully inadequate at the CB position. We got rid of all safeties with no plan this year. We just kept 2 TEs. Unfreaking believable!

I agree even though I wanted to see him.

We have other needs for this game and TP is not a need in week 3.

Hernandez often lines up in the back field and can block well and speed down the field like a demon and finds ways to be open. Price would be adequate to fill AH. but I doubt Price can do all the things AH can do so TP's need is not important for week 3
